Overall somewhat expensive for what you get. The coffee is pretty rough.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Free upgrade to a large and bright room. Free breakfast is decent. A short walk to the central square. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the old centre of Potosi turned out to be...especially given how rough the outskirts looked.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. We had some laundry to do on very short notice and they were able to accomodate our request. Overall a nice experience

I expect that the desk personnel will understand a few basic words in English, The shower head in my room needs to be changed, The hall between the rooms smells musty. I wish they would change the key system to the rooms, always a struggle with the old key.

Great location, and the daytime female receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the breakfast, however the baked items were dry.

The breakfast was okay—neither outstanding nor disappointing, just a solid and decent meal.

As we explored South America for six months, our stay at this Hotel emerged as a hidden gem. The inviting ambiance, consistent warm water and heating in the bedroom, and the unexpected perk of a hairdryer in the bathroom contributed to a delightful experience. The staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness personalized our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel.

We found the breakfast to be average at best, but otherwise happy with our choice.

Nice hotel a few blocks from the main square. Lovely warm room with a comfy bed. Shower was hot and otherwise OK. WiFi worked very well for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to spend a few days.

Despite claims to the contrary, the hotel does NOT have a 24-hour reception. I had to leave at 6am, but when I got downstairs no one was there, everything was locked up, and I couldn't get outside (what happens in case of a fire??). Stay clear of the restaurant, too - the food was lousy and the service some of the slowest I've ever encountered (I was the only one there, but my food - a soup and a salad - took nearly an hour to arrive).

This is not a new or fancy hotel by any means, but it's great value for money and my room was clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding - right on the edge of the centre, so close to everything but still quiet. The staff were very welcoming and polite.

The location was in a walking distance from the main square. There was no elevator but the staff helped us with the luggage’s . The breakfast was fair enough considering what is happening in Latin America!

The hotel is described generously as a luxury hotel - that may have been the case several decades ago. Right now, it is in a sorry state of decay and disrepair - everything is functional, but just barely.

The staff were truly exceptional in their hospitality and service.

It smells musty and the rooms have not been updated since (I’m guessing) the 1960s. Not enough outlets- we had to unplug a lamp to be able to charge our phones.

The hotel is centrally located, comfortably heated and provides a good breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
