Slightly far from the ‘touristy’ center. By absolute distance, it’s ok. But walking up and down the hills at high altitude in La Paz is really tiring

The staff were really helpful and allowed early check in after my overnight bus from Uyuni (which I really appreciated). The room is spacious, clean and beautiful.

Good location, close to downtown. Very safe! Close to Teleférico Amarillo Sopocachi (Cable Car Station) Very quite place! Perfect to rest and be ready for the never sleeping city La Paz!

Well, hard to find something. Perhaps if you drive it is not easy to park. Not sure.

Amazing help at the front desk. I speak Spanish but English speaking staff. They go beyond their obligations and try to help. I also enjoyed having some extra stuff stored between my stays.

It's a bit noisy because it's very easy to hear through the walls if people are talking and laughing outside or in the lobby areas.

Once the taxi found the location, it was an easy walk to the gate. I like that it isn't on a congested road and that the room is a nice size. It was very clean and had a heater for the cold nights. The staff were very helpful and I like that the eggs were hot because they were cooked to order.

WiFi in the room was a bit weak.

Amazing personnel, very helpful and friendly. Location is nice with good cafes around. Room is clean and spacious with a beautiful view in a mountain. Breakfast is varied and good. Water, coffee and tea available all the time at the lobby.

Fantastic service. So helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good. The hotel itself is super charming. Location is fairy good in a nice neighbourhood with many restaurants. Would recommend staying here!

Incredible customer service, they let us check in when we arrived straight off the bus at 7am and even gave us breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, fantastic breakfast, perfect stay!

Not that many vegan options for breakfast, just some fruit.

The staff were really nice, and I was allowed to check in early. There was coffee and hot water available all the time for coco tea. It feels like a safe place.

Breakfast and staff were amazing! Nice quiet location even though it's up a little hill. Everyone was so helpful and laundry facilities was so good to have on the premises 😀 thank you to the amazing team! I ended adding this extra night after staying three days there so lovely to relax and recharge after Copacabana too.

The long killer walk up the hill. 🤣🤣…the altitude is tough.

Best staff you could hope for. Great breakfast. Good wifi, nice view from room, quiet, other guests fantastic, decent bed. Nice shower and bathroom. Coffee for free all the time. Decor fantastic and quirky. Laundry service cheap and fast.

The staff were great and really friendly. They also let us check in early which was really appreciated. The room is comfy, with a lovely bathroom. The location is fantastic in a lovely part of La Paz.

We lived staying here so much we have booked another couple of nights on our return to La Paz next week. The room was stylish and comfortable with a view. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The receptionist even gave us a teleférico card so we could use the cable cars. Lots of restaurants nearby and a launderette around the corner so everything was on hand.

Compared to the individual touch of the house and the museum in the common spaces, my room itself felt a bit cool & international.

Good & quite location. Everybody friendly. I very much appreciated the late check-in. The old house is overall nice. I liked the breakfast buffet with also some local/seasonal variety, not just the usual international bread-egg-jam. It was great that I could store my bag there after check-out. Rooms and equipment are at the standard of a good hotel. They actually have a small museum integrated in the common spaces, which is nice.

Stayed in "Nancy" room and the internet wasn't very good there. Had to seat in the lobby, which wasn't too bad as this place has this cool museum charm.

Great hotel in the very good location. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and they even packed it for us when we had to take our flight at night. The people at the reception are really nice and helpful. We got the taxi to Tiwanuku through them and it was reasonably priced.

I would give 10/10 apart from 2 small niggles: during my stay there was some building work going on which was quite noisy and my room didn’t have a view - my Booking.com confirmation said my room would have a city view, but I suspect that is a website error. I still had a great stay though!

This hotel has lots of character and lots of comfortable communal seating both indoors and out. Additionally, free tea, coffee and drinking water on tap was a really nice bonus. Excellent breakfast selection, on demand TV in the rooms and comfortable beds. Being able to wait in comfort for my night bus after checkout and even have a shower was great.
