The bed was hard, but didn’t spend much time trying to get comfortable so I fell asleep fast :)

It’s a nice hotel and the staff have a lot of knowledge about the city and different things to do. The room was comfortable and very clean. It’s in a great location close to the centre not too far from anything. You can walk easily to both view points as well.

The shower had a very specific instruction to avoid getting an electric shock which didn't feel particularly safe.

Great location in a quiet area, just round the corner from the main street. Staff were very friendly, rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have to pay for breakfast separately but it's very good value. Free coca tea and fruit were a great touch. Some rooms have views of the lake which are beautiful.

Great location. Safe. I loved the room. Nice common area with sofas in the first floor. Friendly staff. Clean. Only the shower was a bit hard to adjust to the right temperature, it was eighter too hot or too cold, but it was not a big problem. Can highly recommend this place, would stay here again.

Very comfortable and large room(twin beds) with 2 windows giving on a quiet side, very good beds but heavy blankets. Heating some 6pm to 10pm. Small bathroom but with hot water and daylight. Bedside tables and bedside lamps. Many hooks and plugs. Very good and complete breakfast. Free secured parking, very central but quiet location. Good Wifi. Very good value for money.

Nice and convenient place, not far from the main square and the harbour but as it's not on the main road still very quiet. They offered free bananas and some snacks in the lobby. Room had a table and a chair in it, hot water, comfy bed.

Excellent stay in Copacabana. Breakfast was a good mix of bread, pancakes, fruit, yogurt and cereal. They also had nice comfy rooms and hot showers. The owners held our bags for free overnight whilst we stayed on the island.

Staff barely spoke English. Prices for laundry were steep and I don’t think they used soap because my clothes still smelled. They don’t help book buses or tours.

Power plugs were all in a very bad condition, it was impossible to charge the devices. The shower was dangerous - when taking a shower we accidentally touched a shower head and got an electric shock. Luckily we had a rubber slippers, so nothing bad happened, but you should be cautious .

Very nice small hotel; cozy room, complimentary tea and snacks. Extremely friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Despite following the guidance about not touching the shower head, my husband (who is tall) still got an electric shock from being within close proximity to the shower head.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The views of the lake from the bedroom windows were lovely. The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location.
