The hotel was awsome !! We loved it!! The location was right around the corner of everything. The pool was also verry clean and nicely maintained. The water temp was always good.. In general an awesome place to say. I highly recommend!! The rooms are verry nice.. Comfy bed , nice pillows.. it was all in all a verry nice place place.

The walk to downtown was a bit longer than I'd expected. I'd absolutely stay here again, but next time I'll probably rent a golf cart to get to and from restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Clean, convenient location to the airport, downtown, and numerous dive shops. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Beautiful, well-maintained property.

Suite #2 has been smoked in (despite the no smoking signs). Room freshener doesn't address it. I would not stay in that suite again.

The common area, with a pool and chaise lounges, and beautiful palm trees, is lovely. The room is large and comfortable for 2 people and the kitchenette worked well for meals. The staff were friendly and helpful.

TV should get an upgrade to smart TV's

I Truly recommend Aqua Viva! The staff work with love for what they do,the room was as advertised! It is in a quiet and peacefull area. Its is truly a blessing for that price.

My main gripe was that the room was dated, the location is just a little too far from city centre and no real amenities provided. For example, there is a very basic coffee pad machine in the room, but you have to go out of your way to and buy the coffee yourself. No breakfast offered.

Staff was nice and check-in was good. I liked the pool and one of the better priced places in Bonaire. They offer free transport to airport.

A sink and a counter is missing in the room. If those two things where there even if the space is small, it would have been perfect.

Although there were shower caps available I would like personally a shower had that I can manage or hold in my hand, for when I don't want to get my hair wet. But this was not possible because there was a standard round /rain shower head. The electrical stove took long to heat up.

The environment was very nice and peaceful There was comfortable pool chairs, house chairs, sofa and bed. The towels in the bathroom were beautifully presented with sea shells and shampoo/conditioning and shower caps.

The kindness and cordiality of the staff. I also liked the communication. The size of the room, the airconditioning and the bed were perfect. The pool was cool too. I also loved the punctuality of the shuttle service.

location was perfect for walking to town and even to Te Amo Beach. Pool is small and beautiful. Many restaurants within walking distance. Walked to scooter rental as well. Clean. Safe. Good value.

I loved the very warm welcome. It was a big plus that you are allowed to take the pool-towels also to the beach. Usually, I had breakfast at the terrace. I appreciated the pick-up and drop-off to the airport a lot. Overall, I liked staying there.

Most rooms have a covered, dedicated outdoor sitting area. Ours (the cheapest room) did not. If I went again I'd spring for a better room. There was a place to sit, just not "ours" and not covered so not protected from rain.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff with lots of tips and free airport transfer. Great shower. Nice pool area with lots of room. Some nearby restaurants (we liked Joe's) with many others about 1.5k away. Quiet area.

Unfortunately my room had no windows, so there was no daylight. But, hey, I booked the cheapest place in the hotel; next time I will pay a bit more.

It is a cozy, safe, small, family owned hotel. Very refreshing in small-scale Bonaire, which becomes increasingly dominated by large-scale hotel business (Marriott, Van der Valk Plaza Beach Resort, etc). Michael, the son of the owners, was extremely friendly and helpful at the reception desk, speaking Papiamento, Dutch, English.
