I wish it was possible to have long walks on the beach, but unfortunately the beach is split in pieces along this part of the coast.

The service at the beach bar was very slow, often we had to wait up till 45 minutes for our orders.

1. Car rental had a 3 day min requirement 2. Access into and out of the ocean was hard for people (like me) with limited mobility. Handicapped access was non-existent. 3. Needs foot/fresh water wash downs at all room accesses. Tracked LOTS of sand into the rooms daily.

The facility was well located and had access to all the local attraction as well as having rental cars on site.

Snorkeling entry was difficult and beach chairs were "reserved" by people who were never there. U.S. citizens struggle with some of the European focused facilities.

Danique and Jordan in reception were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken good care of. Facility was beautiful!

They don’t give you enough towels or give you toiletries like other hotels. There is no gift shift to purchase these items. The menus at their restaurants lack creativity and offerings compared to the other restaurants on the island. There was also broken glass on their beach.

We had an excellent sea view from our balcony. The lazy river was nice and the location was central to the island.

You should inform your guests that all electrical outlets are European 220V... We had to go to the hardware store on our first day to purchase several adapters, as all our electrical items are American... It would also be good to have a do not disturb sign available, plus please teach your staff to knock first, and listen for an answer, before entering a room... Both maintenance and housekeeping entered just like that while we were in the room... Maintenance was right after our arrival...and housekeeping was the next morning, while we were still in bed...

We have experienced all restaurants and they were all great. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner were all very good. The location was great. Loved the resorts location, the lazy river, the gardening, the small kitchen in the room, the balcony, and the fact that it has a diveshop on site.

Very relaxing location, beautifully laid out. The night lighting is really super well done - it all looks very charming. Nice resort - not too big, lots of space, lots of beach beds. and the best of all: the snorkelling just in front of the Resort is amazing - really a major surprise. Staff was very friendly and relaxt.

We did not like that we only had 2 towels in the bathroom, no wash cloth no hand towel. The air-condition started to kick off and on (Very annoying), so we had to call the front desk so they can come and reset it. Also the blower of the air-condition was blowing in my face. On Friday Morning, a banging noise of construction woke us up at 7 AM, we could not sleep !!!!! The beach is too rocky, making it difficult to enter the water. You should fix that. At some hours there were not enough tubes to go in the lazy river.

We liked the service at the front desk. Also the service at the bar was good. We liked the lazy river, but I think you should put more water stream power as there are some places in the pool that the tubes do not flow due to the wind and not enough water stream.

Housekeeping did not come once in our 4 night stay. We were told they clean every 3 days but we did not have anyone come. We found the food and drinks to be a quite a bit more expensive than other places we went to. The menu is not huge.
