The amenities may be a bit more practical and comfortable. We were with 2 persons and had only 1 chair in the room, 1 plate. I had to ask for a blanket. No closet for clothes. Clothes hanging on a rack under the airconditioning makes the room look not very neat and organized.

The surroundings are really beautiful. The landscape is amazing with beautiful palmtrees and other tropical plants. The pool looked just perfect. I liked the friendlyness of the owners, hardworking down to earth people. Very kind and helpful. I also liked the security of the doors and windows. I felt safe.

The room had a slight smoke scent - most rooms are non-smoking, ours may not have been. Check when reserving your room. Parking is usually available on site, we had one night where we had to wait for a spot.

The room was quite large with a balcony, the bathroom was modern and clean and spacious (although the lack of a door between toilet and the room was interesting). Snorkel gear rental from the hotel was convenient along with washing and drying stations. The pool courtyard was a nice space for relaxing. Location is an easy walk to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beet and Corin were exceptional owners and hosts. Great breakfasts to start the day. Beet cooks wonderful dinners as well. Nice little walk to the docks and shops. Really need to drive to get to the national parks and beaches. Snorkeling ok but better reefs on other islands. Great stay here. Quiet, peaceful, wonderful.

A very well guided hotel with an excellent breakfast. Three times a week also a dinner option is offered. Overall a nice and cozy atmosphere. Corinne en Beat are on top of this very helpful with enquiries and manage to setup a relaxing atmosphere.

Mosquitos. Hovering around our patio. We were not able to sit right outside our room. Nothing to do with the hotel of course because it was our choice not to spray ourselves with these aggressive products.

Adults only hotel. This suited us perfectly. Nice pool. Nice staff. Owners were fantastic.

A little noisy some evenings due to street traffic but not horrible. Would have preferred a patio facing room.

The property was secure with code access only. The pool and restaurant areas were shady places to spend afternoon down times. Outside facilities for scuba and snorkeling equipment were well organized and clean. Patio room facing the pool would have been a nice. Easy walking to beaches, restaurants, town and snorkeling sites.

I loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, room had great cooling and all the things you need, the location was perfect, the hosts were FANTASTIC. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend Sonrisa to all travelers. Oh and you can do daily scuba / snorkeling gear rentals & guided tours arranged from the hotel.

As the room had no cutlery whatsoever, the occasional takeaway food is a bit difficult to eat. The prices of renting scuba gear and tanks are a bit higher than the other providers on the island. Having said that: you get the comfort of renting at your accomodation with that, so the choice is yours. Apart from that: nothing to complain.

Beat and Corinne are very friendly, very helpful and always open to questions. The rooms have a lot of space and a huge balcony. The accommodation is situated just south of the main tourist area, but the walk there is short. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days (mostly in the afternoon), which should be more than enough for the average guest. That's a big plus compared to most hotels where sleeping in is impossible. Adults only, so the pool is a calm area. Scuba gear and tanks available onsite, which makes it easy to explore the island waters bij yourself.

Lack of body wash, no shampoo or conditioner, the pillows are not comfortable, the pool was dirty, a lot of mosquitos

the hospitality of Corinne and Beat! As a single traveller (or couple) this is the perfect place to stay. Cosy, neat and with a personal touch, walking distance to the ocean boulevard, shopping centre and many restaurants. Good breakfast, honesty bar, clean, nice food en excellent wifi (which is rare on Bonaire)

Excellent place to have a holiday. Great breakfast, quiet room, pool area. Wifi is good. Short distance to beach or downtown. There are Corinne and Beat to take care of everything, just ask.

The bed was a little too firm for me but that’s just me.

Such a clean quaint place. Really enjoyed Corrine and Beat. Zida (may be spelling that wrong) did a great job with breakfast and so friendly. Oh and we rented our car from here too, worked out perfectly.

Some construction noise. But understandable since they are modernizing.

If there was something, we just reported it/asked it and it was taken care off. So no complaints.

A nice small hotel with personal attention to make your trip/holiday perfect. Willing to help you with everything, so you don't need to think about it. A nice room with enough space for you luggage and a very nice bed to have a good sleep. Just a 5-10min walk to kralendijk centre, where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Not only for guests, some evenings they are serving a dinner. The menu is announced upfront and a reservation is highly recommended, since it is winning popularity. The owner is cooking/preparing everything fresh in the afternoon, so it can be served in the evening.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Just 10 minutes walk to the city centre of Kralendijk. Good breakfast and stable WIFI. Good affordable price for a hotel in Kralendijk.
