I loved the little resort and really the only issue is that there is no view of the beautiful Caribbean. However, the property is well kept and you still feel like you are away on an island paradise. It is a bit far from town as well, but there is transportation that you can rent directly from the resort to get around.

The owner, Lukas, was so lovely and very accommodating. He gave the stay a personal touch, helped us whenever he could and had lots of useful information to share.

I as a single woman who travels alone felt very safe, and was a bonus that I absolutely loved all the friendly staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had the most wonderful experience. The establishment has a restaurant and bar on-site, and a absolutely beautiful pool. Location also provides Diving for those who are looking for that adventure. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay on my vacation. Theses people went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect! Close to the airport, downtown, and restaurants! I love the cute boutique hotel; perfect for solo travelers. The extra perk was the scooter available for renting right on the property and the restaurant. And the host he is amazing!!!

The sheets are changed every 3 days, which was no problem for me. For people who stay 10 days or longer a small broom and maybe some handtowels to clean and dry the dishes would be convenient.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Outside we had armchairs to relax and tables to have nice breakfast under coconut palm. It’s located in a quiet area in walking distance to the city. And right next to it there is Mexican restaurant with amazing food. What I also appreciated a lot was that they offer car rental - very convenient. Especially that we went there for windsurfing and the lagoon is approx 20 min by car from there. On top of that- Lukas, who runs the place is courteous, helpful and makes The Hut a super chillout spot. If I ever come back to Bonaire (I hope I will). I’ll definitely choose The Hut again.

The shower does not have door, as a consequence water sprays all over. To overcome this situation consider to put an extra big towel to be used to dry the floor, if necessary When it rains, the water does not drain properly and stagnates in the street, forming a mud pit, right at the entrance of the place. This situation is quite annoying since one cannot even get out of the car, much less walk to reach to the Hotel.

Lukas, the owner, and his staff are super friendly and very helpful and are always ready to give some good tips and advice. The adjoining restaurant El Bigote has excellent Mexican food and equally friendly staff. It's is a warm hearted place to stay with very good vibes where I immediately felt at home.

Theybwere doing renovations below us and sometimes the sound was annoying. Yet they did mention we could tell them if it was too much.

It was super centrally located and with not even a 3 min ride we were in the city centre! The room was cozy and on my the smaller side but perfectly comfortable.
