Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesElevator super small. Staff didn’t offer to help with luggage. They stood there as my elderly mother struggled with the luggage while I was getting the rest. Bathroom sink clogged.
It was an ok hotel. We had to spend the night before we moved to our next location..I liked the air conditioner. Also the balcony in the room was nice. Breakfast was ok.

United StatesThe only issue I have was I booked for 2 nights but could only stay for one. I checked out before the check out time and I am still waiting to see if I will be refunded for the unused night. Hopefully, I will get the refund.
The location was great if Copacabana Beach is your goal, just a few blocks walk away. The room was small and modest , but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Best of all the shower had HOT water and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay there again if I were going to Rio.

United KingdomThe hotel is quite old so it’s very run down inside. All furnitures probably have never been changed. The aircon in my room was simply a fan that didn’t do much. The breakfast is not very fresh.

Latviathe toilet water leaks all the time, the shower sometimes works sometimes not - the same with the elevator (which just looks and feels like a microwave that you step in). there was a broken nail in the sink after the cleaning. the street outside the window is quite loud, but if you are a deep sleeper, it won’t bother you. it is said that the place has 3 stars - definitely don’t agree with this, it’s not up to 3 star standard.
basically the only thing that was good was the location - close to the beach, shops, good restaurants. staff were friendly. if you need a place just to sleep over, it’s good. if you look for something more - choose something else.

ArgentinaThe staff was not helpful, our flight was delayed many hours and we arrived to the hotel late. We only had US dollars to pay with, and no currency exchange stores were opened. So they charges us 40 dollars more than the agreed price. There were no English speaking staff even though they advertised it on the application. Huge let down. Don’t get ripped off too.
