The bathroom wasn't very clean. There were mold stains at the shower ceiling.

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is tired, the room was small, the power switch activated by the room key card was falling off the wall, didn't work. Vent on the very basic air conditioner was back to front,

Elevator super small. Staff didn’t offer to help with luggage. They stood there as my elderly mother struggled with the luggage while I was getting the rest. Bathroom sink clogged.

It was an ok hotel. We had to spend the night before we moved to our next location..I liked the air conditioner. Also the balcony in the room was nice. Breakfast was ok.

The only issue I have was I booked for 2 nights but could only stay for one. I checked out before the check out time and I am still waiting to see if I will be refunded for the unused night. Hopefully, I will get the refund.

The location was great if Copacabana Beach is your goal, just a few blocks walk away. The room was small and modest , but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Best of all the shower had HOT water and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay there again if I were going to Rio.

The hotel is quite old so it’s very run down inside. All furnitures probably have never been changed. The aircon in my room was simply a fan that didn’t do much. The breakfast is not very fresh.

The location is great and the staff were very helpful. There is 24h reception and security so it felt very safe. the internet was good for work.

The location is good, not far from Copacabana Beach. The room looked nice and clean. The cleaning service is done everyday. Breakfast was good, tasty cakes, fresh fruits etc. The staff was nice.

The check-in times are deliberately vague at this establishment and the staff did nothing to help, apart from charge us to put our bags behind the desk! The room is dingy and nothing to shout about. More functional than anything else. The breakfast was fine.

the toilet water leaks all the time, the shower sometimes works sometimes not - the same with the elevator (which just looks and feels like a microwave that you step in). there was a broken nail in the sink after the cleaning. the street outside the window is quite loud, but if you are a deep sleeper, it won’t bother you. it is said that the place has 3 stars - definitely don’t agree with this, it’s not up to 3 star standard.

basically the only thing that was good was the location - close to the beach, shops, good restaurants. staff were friendly. if you need a place just to sleep over, it’s good. if you look for something more - choose something else.

The staff was not helpful, our flight was delayed many hours and we arrived to the hotel late. We only had US dollars to pay with, and no currency exchange stores were opened. So they charges us 40 dollars more than the agreed price. There were no English speaking staff even though they advertised it on the application. Huge let down. Don’t get ripped off too.
