Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaOur check-in process was just a bit long (around 30 minutes) because the person helping us wasn't fully familiar with the system and process yet. He was very friendly, but staff should be better trained before helping guests with the process, if it's something that can take so long.
Cozy, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great location, clean rooms and bathroom, and nice friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant seemed nice. Very close to the Athletico Paranaense stadium, ~12 minutes walking.

DenmarkWifi gave a lot of problems and was not the fastest, it's complicated to access the HDMI on the screen, the balcony have the air conditioning exhaust in, so the noise and hot air being blown on you kinda breaks the mood of being "out". Gym is small and not so equiped. in the bedroom the bathroom door was old, damaged and noisy. air conditioning system looks old, in general i think they could be better in the aesthetics giving the stars and location.
Staff were kind and helpful, the cleaning was excellent.

BrazilThe swimming pool was not available because it was closed for maintanence. This is an important information. I should have been informed before. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the swimming pool. I paid for something that was offered and we could not use it. Transparence is very important, if I knew before, I would have chosen another hotel.

Hong KongParking was an additional 30 brl per night. I requested a room on a high floor and was given a 2nd floor room facing another apartment building. The pool was covered and there was no business co-working areas.

United StatesThe checkout process was unnecessary the way it works, we expected to just give the keys back and that's it, but instead, we had to wait in a long line because we had to wait for our turn. It was ridiculous. Also, we had to wait forever to get our car back, the valet parking was terrible, and the guy complained it was all alone... we don't want to hear that, we just want a great service, since we are paying instead of parking ourselves. I think they should improve all of these processes to make it an easier and more pleasant overall experience.
The best and most comfortable room. We had a balcony where we could enjoy the city view, it was great. We didn't use the pool but we went to check it out, the water was warm and very nice. The gym was cool, easy to use everything, it had a bit of mold going on a specific wall but we could smell and the area was 'isolated'. It was a great stay.

BrazilThe facilities of the hotel are below average. We were given an upgrade in our stay but the TV was not working properly, the remote control was faulty, and the hairdryer was not heating. The breakfast service was below average - I believe they were understaffed as they had trouble in replacing the food from time to time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay!
