When I tried to use the steam room, it didn't seem to be working. Even though there was a sign about children not being allowed in the jacuzzi, families let kids use it as a swimming pool and the hotel said nothing about it. I was not happy about that! No one at reception spoke English, which was a little challenging for us.

Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit, great green juice and lots of other options. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Food and drinks were also very good from the pool bar, though a little expensive.

More shady places by the pool would be nice. Game room needs some attention. Paddles for table tennis were broken and it’s the worst pool table I ever ever played on - but still fun. Pool cues were old and broken. Smallest balls ever! And very weird table.

Great sauna and pool area. Bikes were great to ride along the beach. Rooms were nice with great balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was adequate. Overall not bad. The grounds were spacious and nice - probably the nicest hotel in the area.

We were on vacation but still celebrating our honeymoon, even with the short notice the staff was very kind in decorating our bedroom, which was very nice of them. Breakfast was diverse and one could order eggs prepared in different ways or also tapiocas. Staff very kind and helpful.

The room, the bathroom door had mould and we could smell it whenever entering the room. The beds were really uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast had a lot of variety and plenty of gluten free options. The pool is amazing! The location is very near the city.

It is a convenient quiet and lovely place for travelers, especially they have a special service from a kindly gentleman Mr. Marcello. He knows Bahia a lot and much more familiar with all of the local places such as restaurants, spots for stunning views, beaches… meanwhile he is very friendly and warmly. If you need any suggestions or recommendations from locals, you won’t have even better alternatives than him, who is considered as a guide book for your amazing trip in Porto Seguro. Even he is a little bit busy sometimes, it won’t be hard for you to meet him at the hotel as long as you ask the front desk. You won’t be boring with him who is a humorous guy with excellent driving skills and funny stories.

I really like this hotel as my favorite place to stay in Porto Seguro.

The check in was a bit confusing. They placed us in a room where there was someone. I paid for the water but they didn't have it written there. The toilet/ bathroom was not smelling well. The room was too noisy.

Some of the staff are really nice specially Sr Sodré and the others from the pool bar. The ones who help with the bags are friendly too. The food is very good.

Small issue with shower door not closing properly, but minimal

Nice pool and great location , super close to the airport: staff is extremely friendly and happy to help . Food was great we had fried fish bites and the moqueca mista , both delicious. Coldest coconut water I’ve ever tasted .. so yes , it’s good to stay here .
