The room had no soundproofing at all. The hotel is in a flight path so the airplanes were very loud flying over to land, and I could hear people talking on the street despite being on the 17th floor. Worst of all, there was a sound outside the room that sounded like someone using a keycard every 5 minutes, and it kept walking me up and making me think someone was trying to break into my room. I had to turn on a white noise podcast on my phone on full volume to try to sleep, and was still woken up throughout the night. Beyond the sounds the breakfast was terrible. The first morning it was so crowded in the room it was stressful trying to navigate people and find a table, and the food was just not fresh tasting. The coffee is terrible! The second morning I was there they opened up a second space with a second buffet for breakfast, but the food was even more terrible (the scrambled eggs were hard but had water separating from them, gross) and the second space was outdoors in 90 degree heat, so the fruits etc were all sitting in the heat and it was not comfortable to eat and have hot coffee. The elevators are so confusing for everyone to figure out, and they don’t explain it when you arrive. I saw multiple people not able to figure it out the two nights that I was there. The bathroom in my room was gross, with hair on the wall and the grout between tiles was black. There was weird black mold looking stuff on the bathroom wall near the door. The pool area was small and not nice, and I didn’t think it looked very clean to get into. Lastly, my last evening there was a massive cockroach in the lobby area near the elevators, which made me feel even less comfortable about eating there. I understand cockroaches are around but you’d think they’d do something to mitigate them near where they prepare and serve food.

The location was good, Walkable to a couple nice restaurants. Great view from the room.

Be careful if you are doing a business trip, Ou are NOT getting a official bill for your stay. Not sure what the hotel is doing, for sure not legal.

On your site you claim there is a Sauna a primary reason I chose this Hotel, it doesn't exist never has existed - very disappointing !! Also lifts were out and there were excessive wait times.

Swimming pool is non functional. The have closed the Sauna permanently. This is bad. They have opened a SPA, which is not good. Reception area is cluttered. They have few very young 20-25-27 year old boys and girls manning the responsibility of reception, check in and check out, and are working in a mechanical way. They are not competent or trained to handle any out of the book questions. At the time of check in I requested for adapter for my international devices, They searched for it for some minutes but could not find. After some time they said that they will send it to my room in few minutes. They never sent it. There are 3 elevators which are very slow. Be prepared to spend irritating long waiting time in the lobby ( small space) for an elevator. Breakfast has exactly the same items every day. So if you are planning your stay for 3..4..5...6..days you must prepare to eat the same stuff for all the days. Rooms are not well maintained. Flooring is not great. Some furniture like center table / side table in the rooms are very old, with marks on them. Basically with the devaluation of Brazilian Real the rate may appear great. But in return you get very bare and basic room. Location is the only plus point of this Hotel.

Only the Location. Otherwise there is not much on offer by this Hotel. It used to be better in the past. Not any more.

To say the least they need to get new towels. They are so worn that most are ripped and have black stains. The tiles in the bathroom have mold and everything looks old in the room.

Breakfast was good, and the location. Hard to find other things tbh.
