Safe, near great Mall. Uber is good in Manus. Nice pool and massage facilities. Restaurant was fine.Staff was helpful with our English/Portuguese

Location is not the best, vey busy street is nearby and it is quite far from city center and port. Wi Fi was not good. Pool area was quite small

The gym of hotel, is what I call a photo-gym, something for photos, but not so useful for using. But at least good AC there.

The rooms are quite large,good location near a shopping mall ( 8 minutes walk) and restaurants ( inside the building next door) I would recommend Banzeiro restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Poor location. No soap , shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Only one glass tumbler. No free bottled water. No tea and coffee making facilities. No iron and ironing board.

Air conditionning not working well.

First time, there was no microwave in the room and I had to go to the restaurant to warm some baby food. In this moment, the hotel would charge to rent a plate (it was not a caution, it was really charged). Besides, there was no air conditioning in the common areas. Second time, the air conditionning in the room was not working. They sent somebody to repair it, we went out and when we came back it was still not working. My husband called the reception and the hotel said to wait again for maintenance guy again. They didn't bother to offer another solution and they even said that there was no other room available. At this point I went to the reception and talked to a nice lady (cannot say the same about her colleague) who was able to find a room available, after my long description after what happened. Cherry on the bottom, there was a baby involved. Honestly, nobody was sensible enough to take the initiative to offer a solution before I would take the night in the heat from Manaus, with a baby, while maintenance would try to repair the air coniditioning. I was really disapointed and didn't expect this from a well known hotel like this.

It is a very basic hotel. Do not expect luxury rooms: old air conditioning, old fridges and slow elevators. The breakfast options are quite limited and the restaurant a bit expensive for the quality. It does its job if you are here to visit Amazonia.

The Hotel was good and the staff friendly. Overall, they met our expectations in terms of quality and cleaning standards. The location is convenient for tourists as it is very close to the best mall of Manaus.
