On a given day, we had to leave before 6am to watch the sunrise in the Iguaçu Falls. We asked if the hotel staff could provide a snack for us, since we were leaving before breakfast time. In the end they helped us, but initially they weren't so helpful and we were directed to several staff. I would expect a friendlier and more straightforward approach.

- The city has a lot of tourists so the staff can be expected to know English a bit better - However overall the stay in the hotel was a very pleasant experience

Everything was great

The front desk was helpful and personable, the room was very clean and organized. Breakfast was great. Property was across from a shopping mall that had a pharmacy, grocery market, lots of stores and various places to eat.

Maybe a bit far from the center where many restaurants are. But you can take easily a taxi or Uber.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is comfy, good variety of breads, cakes, fruits for breakfast, but the two lifts do not cope with the demand of a hotel this big: the waiting time can be quite long.

The room and the amenities were excellent. Delicious breakfast - huge spread.The reception staff was friendly and tried their best to help in spite of the language barrier. The shopping centre next door came in handy - went there for dinner every night and also could purchase snacks for excursions at the grocery mall. The hotel has a travel desk - it was a bonus.

Would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a suggestion would be to have a drying area considering the local attraction is the waterfalls

At check-in they tried to charge us more than they should. The person sitting in the lobby (selling excursions) and one woman from the reception gave us false directions about bus stop to Puerto Iguazu (it doesn't stop near the hotel, you have to go to the bus station, there is special bus stop for Argentina direction, outside the fence area).

The hotel is not in the center, although opposite the shopping center. There is about 1,5 km to get to bus station and bus 120 that goes to the airport and the waterfalls. The breakfast was good and the room was modern, with access to Netflix.

the maid kept removing the second room key so our charging banks did not charge the wifi dropped out somethings neither spoilt our stay

Accessibility to the entrance. We were not always able to leave the car near the stairs, and the area has a lot of traffic. My parents are elderly and had difficulties moving around at this point.

The staff was amazing and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great.
