Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe fact that there’s no sauna and the sun is blocked by the building at the pool Also the hotel is very inflexible regarding reservations . I booked 4 nights and needed to change the reservation to 3 and they did not allow me . If I left early they would not refund me . I asked to change on the first day giving them 2 days notice . Will never stay at a Bourbon again !

PolandThe breakfast was disappointing. There were a lot of food, but it was very very average. The staff should be more responsive. We wanted to get the information about taxis in order to get to the airport, but the reception redirected us to the some kind of travel agency situated in the lobby. Finally when we got the information about the transportation, we were ensured that when we check-out (we informed that it will by at 4 am) it happend that it was impossible to order a taxi. Lucky the uber was working.
Good hotel for a short stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. It is close to the shopping mall.

United KingdomVery little. It could* have been somewhat easier to get a drink - bar wasn’t attended and it wasn’t so easy to go into the restaurant and ask for one. Particularly our on the pool.
Truly surprised by the amazing value for money. Bed was enormous, room very comfortable and clean. Pool area was lovely too, as was the lobby and breakfast. Lovely shopping mall across the road too.

Nicely located modern hotel with easy access (via Uber) to airport, Itaipu dam and the Cataratas (falls). Decent and large choice of breakfast items, including fresh fruit. Helpful travel bureau in hotel lobby. They checked us in early - 12ish....thank you.
