I was expecting more about the breakfast options

The staff was very polite and made me feel very invited and welcome, the location is amazing right across the street from TV Tower and a lot of things to do around the hotel, and it felt like a very safe area. The room and view were exceptional!

The location was a little bad because there were refueling operations right outside my room (gas station), which would make a lot of noise, quite often :( The shower was not very good either. I expected more comfort from such a high level hotel, especially considering I stayed in a “premium” room :( Some of the room service staff, responsible for delivering the food, were not polite at all :( The bedroom TV was slow and unresponsive, demanding a lot of patience and effort to access Netflix, for instance :(

The receptionists were always very cordial and efficient :) The minibar would be refreshed frequently (twice a day) :) The bed was very large and comfortable :)

The whole stay was very good. There was nothing that I could say we did not like.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. The room is comfortable and has plenty of space for families. Very friendly staff. Plenty of options at the same hotel complex (gym, restaurants, etc).

Window was broken so it was not possible to close it. So during a night it was pretty loud.

Clean. Good breakfast. Affordable. Ac was a necessary feature. The water pressure in the showers was the best.

It is surprising that an hotel of such a category, has this big problem to handle the cleaning of the room. Usually tha lady appeared in the afternoon, cleaned in 10 minutes and never washed the terrace, with the exception of one time in the two weeks, when I asked to wash the terrace, which of course we also found at the very beginning completely dirty. Only once did the service enter our sleeping room. The day we asked her to change the linen. We made our bed by ourselves, when we noticed that the cleaning lady wouldn't be able to cope with the whole task in the 10 minutes she devotes to us. The pool is a big jakussi. The gym in that building is 4 square meters big, but there is another fancy one in another building that also belongs to the hotel.

My stay was very quick and didn't have the opportunity to experience all the facilities (e.g. gym, sauna, etc.). Being along a main avenue there be aware of some traffic noise.

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast included.

The team of staff were amazing, the hotel was great. The location is superb! I can say that the whole experience was 10 out 10. Certainly will come back and will recommend it to others.

Although Breakfast is pretty good by Brazilian hotel standards, it could be upgraded. A toaster could be a helpful addition for example.
