Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe air conditioning system makes sure you will be able to sleep. Considering how hot it can get in Fortaleza, this is like a prerequisite. The room was spacious and we had a balcony with a decent view of the city. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was full of variety. We really enjoyed our week there.

Very good location near the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area as well as the craft market. Nice view from the roof top and from the room (partial ocean view). Very good breakfast.
