The room furnishings are very outdated. The pillows need to be replaced. As the air conditioning is attached to the outside of the building, it is very noisy when it rains.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms are very clean. There is room service every day. The location is close to shops, shopping malls and many attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally large, varied and very tasty. Everything is freshly prepared and kept clean.

My room had an inactive communicating door with another room and it was a bit noisy.

The staff was really kind and the location is very practical if you want to walk the city or use the subway.

I was in a room of the part of the hotel that is going to be refurbished. That showed. The AC was of an historic type. Furniture was worn out and dirty. WiFi in the room failed continuously..

Staff were all very friendly. Parking safely under the hotel was a plus. Breakfast had sufficient variety and fresh products. Shower was powerful and spacious.

Only thing that could be improved if the time for checkin. I was super ill when we arrived in São Paulo and had no energy in me but they still wouldn’t let us check in till 2.

Really great hotel, the room was big as was the bathroom. It was really clean, the breakfast was wholesome. The reception, cleaner and breakfast staff were all really lovely and helpful.

The location, more or less, is close to Avenida Paulista. The breakfast is good, there are different options. The staffs at reception are helpful. Specifically Rafael.

The area is a mix of people, you have to careful at night. But all São Paulo is like that all over , so no difference. We walked at night no problems.

It’s good value for money and 4 blocks from Avenida Paulista ( shopping, stores, coffee shops etc) the location is good for the price, but know that in those streets leading to Av. Paulista, you can find sex shops, night clubs, dance show clubs, comedy clubs, loads of pubs and bars, a very alternative area. Had reception and security in door 24hs.thanks to Joāo from reception, he was very helpful helping us to get tickets to our next destination, and in gral.

I had to change my room because there was a door that divided my room with another one and every noise they made at their room I was able to hear through this door, mostly during the dawn But after complaining with the staff, they were quick to change my room

front desk while doing check in was, probably, the worst in my life of business traveler, as got the key and when opening the elevator I heard barking dogs, and discovered that they were on the next room close to mine, plus both rooms had a door in between (like for families). And any noisy on my room was making dogs barking always... So I went down and asked to change room, and front desk person just answered that that hotel was pet-friendly (??) and room was mine and no reason to change it, and that other available rooms were already reserved for other guests, so I asked again to change mine and then later keep adjusting the other guests (or dogs stop barking or guest check out or whatever), and still same position from him, even the problem was from the hotel. His next thing was to tell me that "if I wanted a noiseless hotel then he knew about one on north side of the city, which had a similar rate (basically saying that rate was low for poor people...), and no noisy, so for me just to move to there". Really after more than 35 years traveling this was like the worst check in I had !!! Anyway, rest of staying was good, and while checking out I met the manager (Gabriela), who asked me about the stay and I told her the above, and she got like surprised saying that this isn´t the way they treat guests, etc.... but she would handle this later inside, so thanks her to not making my full stay so bad !!

even that location is in an area with old and closed buildings, its central and easy to go around in some regions like Paulista Ave. Building is old and need a good renew, even that manager told me that the side building belongs to them, and will be part of the hotel, plus being totally renewed already, but this older one is still with lots of things to do.
