Not about the property per se but the fact the pictures on the Ad were not the pics from the apto. Also there was no clarification when asked before booking what apto would be available. Having a picture of an apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of Brasilia Explanada dos Ministérios but getting an apartment on the 1st floor and facing inwards was a huge disappointment For that reason I spent almost no time on the apartment and just went to sleep, had a few meetings in restaurants

The unit is spacious, modern and clean. Had everything we needed for a nice stay - including for cooking. It was easy to access and communication was great. Very close to the mall

A refurbish was taking place on the ground floor, and because of it 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service.

The room is very good, had many accessories and kitchen utensils. The building is also nice, but the gym is a little bit outdated, and has old equipment.

The water at the spa and on the top of the hotel is not very warm

People's at the reception were great, and some of them speak English. It was clean and the location is very close from a shopping center. The restaurant is good

It could have a stove or microwave, since the kitchen is roomy enough to prepare/consume local market groceries, but has nothing to prepare/heat/reheat food.

clean and tidy, no high end luxuries, but it is spacious, excellent bed and sheets, excellent private parking. very good value for your money.

If you arrive there and there is no trace of BSB Stay Flats, you are not lost or going crazy, it’s the Fusion Hotel. There is no Signage or anything that would let you know you have arrived. The (Key) Card, is needed to have Access to the Room and to the Elevator, one of the Elevator doesn’t respond to the Card

Was in a good location, some of the Tourist Destinations are near, like the TV Tower and the Church of the Virgen Aparecida. Staff are friendly, most of them Speak good English. The Place is in a very Modern Building, Shops are nearby, a Shopping Center is also just a Walk away and for cheap Shopping, there is a Bus Station which us also near the Place.

We did not rent a car in the first days of our trip, using taxi/app services instead. In the last day (night, actually) we got a rental car. Garage procedures were contrived and front desk staff was not very helpful on this particular issue. We left the car parked on the street as we felt the area was safe enough.

Breakfast was not included, however there is a restaurant in the building that had breakfast arranged for reasonable prices. Portions were generous, we do recommend it. Same goes for lunch, it was very convenient to have the restaurant so close by.

The only thing that wasn't pleasant however was solved within an hour, was the fact that we arrived and the bathroom seat was clogged. But after speaking to the host, they sent someone over. I keep wondering though, if this have had happened at late night, probably we would have had to wait until the next day, because the hotel simply doesn't offer any help because this flat is a private property.

The location is great, near everything around the city. The bed was comfortable. The amenities are nice.
