Amazing hotel perfect position artistic place high recommended

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because of the rooftop and exactly when I went it was closed.

Cleaning of the rooms could be organized a little better.

The room was spacious. Shower and bed were both really nice. Breakfast area was peaceful with a beautiful view and lots of choices to choose from. Food during the day and evening was lovely. I would highly recommend the Carbonara. Only less than a 5 minute walk to both the beach and the centre of the village. Staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to help us have the best stay possible. A special mention to Alessandro at reception and Silvio at the pool bar.

I would like to recommend to manage the pool's towel for the guest in a better way, as many times there are no enough towels for all the guests to enjoy the pool. Suggestion regarding the bar on the 1st floor, you could have it open for the guests. We had days we wanted just to drink something and eat finger food, instead of going to other local business we could stay in the hotel.

Nice and central location, if you like music, party etc definitely is the place as the best party of Jeri is in their rooftop bar from Thursday to Sunday, the staff was very friendly and kind, shout-out to Silvio and Gustavo who made our stay even better with their cocktail's skills. Breakfast is good with many options, also dine in for what they can offer was delicious food. Normally compared to other destinations i would never suggest to book any tour or excursion with the hotel, but with Cafe jeri i highly recommend to book with them, as they are able to give better prices and better service than the many companies in the city.

There is nothing I could complain about except the AC noise at night (might need some maintenance).

It is a great value for money. The staff was always super helpful, Gustavo and Silvio at the bar were amazing, the pool area is really good and the location is super convenient (3 min from the beach). A plus for people looking for some party, the rooftop parties are complementary for the hotel guests. The food and the drinks are also a great experience.

They should clean the pool more often, they should add more sun beds as if the hotel is full there is no space to lay down. Minor issues.

They are strict - no guests beyond those staying in the room.

The two bartenders were tremendous Silvio and Gilbert - awesome guys who hustle hard and know everything about Jeri. Amazing drinks and service from them - no doubt a highlight. Alessandro at front desk was also quite helpful.

The first night we had a room directly at the pool which was a bit loud at night. We asked if we could change and they directly offered us a quiet room - thank you. The rooms are nicely decorated, hot shower, and spacious. The staff was super nice, breakfast and the pool bar are amazing. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The ground floor rooms are damp, we had to move but had a free upgrade to one of the upper floor rooms which was much better. There was mould on the ceilings from the damp - the hotel needs to sort this out asap.

We couldn’t go to the rooftop on the days we were there. We would have loved to just go up to watch the sunset, even if there was no bar or services.

Sometimes, there was a sewage smell coming to the bedroom. It wasn't too strong. A home fragrance (such as Air Wick / Bom Ar) could help.

Pool bar staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Silvio and Gustavo: I didn't have the chance to say goodbye and thank you! Also, all the decor was really cool and charming.

Location is perfect, 2 minutes from beach. The rooms are really nice, pool area is beautiful and breakfast is seriously good. The staff were amazing, Alessandro, at the front desk,speaks very good English and they were all very helpful. From Wednesday to Sunday they have a really great party on the roof, that lasts till 10pm only so no disturbance to your rest. And was really fun.

99% of the staff doesn’t speak English, it’s very hard In my opinion the hotel is overpriced
