Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesGreat location with friendly and helpful staff. The WIFI here works very well. 5 min walk to all the restaurants in the center of the city and very close to the beach. There was a big tv with Netflix and YouTube. There was a safe in the room and all the amenities you need. Would stay here again.

United StatesThere isn't much I would say I didn't like about the hotel, though it was a little on the expensive side but for me it was worth it. Oh, more electrical outlets please, especially near the bed so people can charge their cellphone and work on their laptop.
1) Hotel Staff was exceptionally GREAT! Thank you Alex for all the help booking tours, helping with payment issues etc. We really appreciated some staff spoke English. 2) All the friendly cats laying around by the office. They are so chilled and loved to be petted. 3) Breakfast they do custom omelets, tapioca or crepes for you plus a buffet of other stuff. 4) Hammock on the balcony... it's the little things that matter.

United Stateswe loved everything about our stay. The only thing that would’ve made it even better was if the hotel had a pool
since the day I booked the hotel the staff has been super helpful and always in contact with me. They are extremely kind and always willing to help. Very courteous and professional. The hotel was always spotless both in our room and in common areas. It is located on a quiet street, which helps in terms of noise. The breakfast was quite robust and we loved being able to choose items from the buffet or order some thing à la carte.

United KingdomThere was no mosquito screen on the balcony doors. It wasnt possible to sleep with open doors and enjoy a breeze. Instead I had to use the aircon, which I find unpleasant. Also, smoking is allowed in the corridors outside the rooms, so you inevitably will get cigarette smoke in your room
The staff was great, the pousada was very clean and just nice with a cozy, homey feel to it. It was in a quiet location yet very close to the town centre and the beach.
