Wifi weak in bedrooms at times. Important: the hotel kept sending multiple emails through booking.com asking us to pre-register, to the point where it became annoying. We complained and were told these messages are automated - strongly recommend they turn this feature off.

Multiple shaded airy areas - important with temps around +35. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful area. Wonderful staff.

The breakfast has been very good, wide variety of different salty dishes. Quite a big amount of different sweet dishes. Addtionally, some items like eggs and typical brazilian side dishes as extra order (included)

The hotel is in a beautiful location on a river and is a five minute walk to the historic center of Lençois. The hotel staff were very accommodating with flexible check in/out times. Breakfast was a high point!

My only complaint would be about earlier check-in, they charged me half the full price and it would not include the breakfast. Despite being good is pricy. I missed that little touch that makes the client feels special.

loved the hotel being next to the water fall, it has a beautiful sound 24hrs which makes you very relaxed, the garden of the hotel it’s stunning nice breakfast, very sustainable as well! i like it very much, can’t wait to go back there again!

the running water of shower was not that much and amenities, such as cotton swab and body moisturizing were missed .

The only problem with this hotel is the “kit merenda” they provide you to take to trails, it is ridiculously overpriced so I don’t recommend you get it. It is my only complaint about this hotel other than that DO STAY here if you have the chance.

The property has outstanding facilities. An incredible swimming pool, with a river view right next to the hotel (well inside the hotel pretty much), a decent restaurant (where they also serve breakfast) and great rooms! One thing that I thought it was superb about this hotel, was how ecological it actually is. They provide you with free water throughout your stay and they do try indeed to keep a green footprint with their practices. That’s something that really caught my attention about them! Breakfast is excellent, I am in love with the quality and quantity of breads they provide to each table; food quality here is great!

Breakfast was a tad underwhelming, and unfortunately our friend couldn't sleep due to the noise of the river. Perhaps better insulation is needed.

Location was good and the staff were very nice. Rooms were a decent size and very neatly done up, and the public spaces were warm and inviting.

The breakfast was very limited in variety and the quality was mediocre Even though we chose, at booking, rooms that had 3 beds each, they still charged us for an extra person The check in process was very long and tedious. Especially after driving for so long to get to the place, we were asked to fill very long forms for each room we booked. It was all info they could have gotten from our documents later themselves. Felt like a government office The restaurant staff were not very pleasant
