We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaWifi weak in bedrooms at times. Important: the hotel kept sending multiple emails through booking.com asking us to pre-register, to the point where it became annoying. We complained and were told these messages are automated - strongly recommend they turn this feature off.
Multiple shaded airy areas - important with temps around +35. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful area. Wonderful staff.

BrazilThe only problem with this hotel is the “kit merenda” they provide you to take to trails, it is ridiculously overpriced so I don’t recommend you get it. It is my only complaint about this hotel other than that DO STAY here if you have the chance.
The property has outstanding facilities. An incredible swimming pool, with a river view right next to the hotel (well inside the hotel pretty much), a decent restaurant (where they also serve breakfast) and great rooms! One thing that I thought it was superb about this hotel, was how ecological it actually is. They provide you with free water throughout your stay and they do try indeed to keep a green footprint with their practices. That’s something that really caught my attention about them! Breakfast is excellent, I am in love with the quality and quantity of breads they provide to each table; food quality here is great!

JordanThe breakfast was very limited in variety and the quality was mediocre Even though we chose, at booking, rooms that had 3 beds each, they still charged us for an extra person The check in process was very long and tedious. Especially after driving for so long to get to the place, we were asked to fill very long forms for each room we booked. It was all info they could have gotten from our documents later themselves. Felt like a government office The restaurant staff were not very pleasant
