There is no Airconditioning, but the common area has a fan that runs the whole day. There are fans too in the bedrooms

I am a backpacker in my early 20s and loved this accomodation. I have seen exceptional places and accomodations where I feared for my safety and health. Casa Conduru was absolutely wonderful. The friendly staff are volunteers, who stay at the hostel too. They are thorough in cleaning and keeping the place tidy and neat. The open common space on the ground floor is wonderful to spend time during the day and in the evenings. Surfboards can be rented at the place for a fair price of 60 reais (you'll get a discount on that if you get two days or more). The place has new lockers for your valuable belongings and the gate is closed at 10pm. The area is safe and close to Praia Concha. The city centre is 10min from the place (walking at the Bahian pace). 10/10 I would recommend. Thanks for everything!

Since the property is barefoot you have to get into the toilets without flip flops which I personally really struggle to do (even if the cleaning is decent). The WiFi was spotty for me.

The property is as good as it looks! Far away from the town, hidden in nature, so many beautiful plants attract some animals too which is fun! And it really is calm and quiet

The dorm on the upper floor definitely lacks place for storing the personal belongings, like shelf and hangers like in the lower dorm. I also miss lockers - it's surely a highly secure place but to avoid loss and theft and the question about who would be responsible then you should install lockers; small ones would do. Maybe shower curtains?

Beautiful atmosphere, I loved the open structure, the garden and the well equipped kitchen. You can feel that both volunteers and owners love the place. Got a lot of useful recommendations from Athos and met amazing people and made new friendships. I appreciate the mosquito nets in the upper dorm a lot. The whole hostel was super clean and taken care of and is a quiet and relaxing place.

The room upstairs had unfortunately only one fan which reached 3 out of 6 beds and no AC, so I found it a bit warm at night.

Very nice and big garden, good for everyone who is seeking a quiet place. Staff is very friendly at that time I have been there. All in all good, but I prefered to stay closer to the main road of Itacaré.

A magical place, the vibe is amazing, it's calm, the surroundings are incredible so full of nature, the building itself is super nice, the kitchen is spacious and with everything you would need to cook, it's super clean everywhere, there are enough bathrooms and toilets for the amount of people in the hostel, it's the perfect place if you're working online, there is enough space to order your belongings, everything is wooden and the decoration is beautiful, everything is well thought out here. You feel at home :)

This place is a little paradise!! The garden is gorgeous and the wooden structure is beautiful with open spaces and lots of natural light. The location is great as you are in a quite area of town but still just a few minutes walk from the center where you have shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The wifi is good and fast, it's good enough to have video calls and work. The kitchen is fully equiped, very clean and quite large so a few people can cook at the same time easily. The whole place is very well kept and clean. The owners are very welcoming and nice and they will help you with everything you need. The staff is super welcoming and you immidiately feel part of the family! 10/10 👌👌

I had an amazing stay at Casa Conduru, the environment offered to me everything that I needed, a quiet place to relax, work and enjoy Itacaré. The staff and the owner Rodrigo made me feel at home, and always willing to help out in anything I needed. Definitely recommend and coming back if I’m around. If you need a hostel that allows you to do deep work, and also that have rules to support it, this is the place. Grato por tudo galera.

A special kind of hostel. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and living area were clean. The dorms had the bare necessities. No luxury but everything you need for life. I loved it!

To call this place a hostel doesn't do it justice, it is so much more. An oasis of calm where you can relax and feel like you're home. The dorms are spacious and laid out to give everyone a feeling of having their own space. It's a beautiful building open to the elements and set in a pleasant large garden. It's located near to the beach and everything you need is a short walk away. The volunteers are great and the owners are always ready to help you out. If you want a hostel where everyone is on the same relaxed wavelength, this is your place.

The location and amount of bathrooms was not ideal for me

This place is wonderful! It's tucked away but still close to beaches and the centre. It has a beautiful garden en the design of the building is great with all the wood and open areas. The kitchen is well equiped and the volunteers and owners are lovely. Would super recommend

A bit far from the center but it's really not problematic at all, the way to go is very safe.

Best hostel in itacaré! You feel at home. The house is beautiful, very calm and perfect to connect with the other guests. I didn't wanted to leave it. I highly recommend! Not for people who want a party hostel, but their is enough parties in town, it's nice to stay in a quiet place!
