It was great. Property was very clean and looked nice. Lots of foliage. Very secure with the car park and entrance gate (had to have a code/clicker to get in). Even accommodated my wife’s gluten allergy. Rest of the food was delicious too. The chef was very attentive. They also gave suggestions for restaurants and would help you with finding someone if you are wanting to do some type of excursion. 10/10 would recommend.

Internet wifi had almost no signal in our room (was the last one). Location was near the beach and the main street in Campeche, but this wasnt too big (had 2 restaurants and 2 or 3 mini stores). I was expecting more of the beach near by.

Excellent staff, giving us recommendations, helping in every little detail or question that we had. The property is beautiful just as they show in the pictures, very relaxing place. Breakfast 10/10

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We arrived early and they even provided us with a room to stay in before we checked-in our room. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options, fresh fruit and plant based milk.

I love everything in this place! I am glad that I got a great choice to stayed before I going back to my country (Philippines🇵🇭). My boyfriend and I really enjoyed every moments here though it just for one night stayed. But we will definitely go back here and stay for more days. Very attentive and nice staff and well maintained location / rooms. We found it very attentive that the hosts provide parasols, bodyboards and coolers to take to the beach free of charge and non-bureaucratic way.

Only point was that the shower temperature switched between really warm and quite cold, but this is only a minor point in the grand scheme of things

A beautiful facility hidden in a side street, we stayed in the pool suite which was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to send through many suggestions for restaurant options and activities with sun and rain weather options. They offer free filtered water to fill up your water bottles so you are not dependent on bottled water all the time and have umbrellas / chairs / towels for the beach ready for all guests. Overall we would definitely come back when in Campeche again.
