Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyOur room faced the street and was rather noisy. Very old towels that once were white and now grey and very worn. They need to be replaced urgently.
We stayed the fourth time at this hotel. Large and spacious room according to the description. The room was very well equipped. The hotel is located about 500 m from beach. Bathroom ok, but very old and grey - formerly white - towels during the whole period of our stay. Very comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Very good restaurant. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

PolandDuring booking we made request and confirmation email arrived from hotel that our request has been approved. As soon we arrived request was not fallowed and hotel staff says that they don't have what was requested... why request was confirmed by hotel ?? On 2nd day we arrived after beach day and room was not done at all, we had to contact reception and wait long time... We borrowed iron from reception, as was not available for all rooms and on 2nd morning at 06:43am (!!) Receptionist called our room to bring back iron to reception !!! This was UNACCEPTABLE ...so unprofessional We observed some of the guests picking up food at the buffet without gloves and even masks, there was no one to keep an eye on pandemia protocols during breakfast time. No english speaking Staff only english signs around hotel.
Breakfast Staff were helpful, hotel location, english translation labels at the breakfast buffet.
