Arranged for a (paid) late check-out in the reception, but at check-ou time (12:00) the cleaning staff knocked at the door, even with the "do not disturb" sign out. A/C in room had very strange noises. Reception hall had a very annoying and strong scent spray, good for triggering allergy, no need for so much.

Good breakfast. Room and bathroom as expected, did the job. Transfer service to the airport is good.

Airport Pickup was difficult at best, but mostly due to GRU airport congestion. I gave up on the airport shuttle and chose an UBER, which still took 40 minutes due to traffic to get a ride to the hotel.

The shuttle left early and no one bothered to call my room. So I had to take an Uber. It took me an hour to connect to the internet. You can hear everything in the hallways..

"Non-existant" shuttle from airport to hotel & indifference by hotel receptionist on arrival when we told her shuttle wasn't there & we had to take a taxi. Road noise in room

There's no clear sign indicating the shuttle bus stop and no schedule displayed at the airport. Eventually, we just took a taxi to the hotel.

Parking is offered in a building next door, but it posed a slight challenge as I had to locate security to unlock the gate, which struck me as unusual. Unfortunately, the garage is inaccessible from the outside, so without someone to open the gate, accessing the car is impossible. It's worth noting that this situation leaves you dependent on someone with the remote, which, in my case, wasn't available, hence the inconvenience..

I arrived for check-in late, and I found both the check-in and check-out processes to be swift and efficient, which is crucial for an airport hotel. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was attentive, and the facilities were suitable for an overnight stay, especially for someone like me with an early flight the next day. Despite driving myself, the shuttle service offered added convenience for travelers needing to commute to and from the airport.

The plastic mattress cover!! if I stay again I’ll take it off before I go to sleep. It made me hot and sticky just by sleeping on it, it was a horrible experience

I would suggest different control of the garage, the access is slow and complicated as we do need ask the reception every time we need to go in or out by car.

The only issue I had during my stay, it was that I could not check-in before 2 pm and I totally understand that they need to clean the room after someone leaves, but I was a great example that they definitely have available rooms because I checked in at 2 pm and checked-out at 2 am in the morning meaning my room was available, they could clean it first thing in the morning and give it to someone else, it is very important when you have a connecting flight to have some rest and having to wait many hours for the check-in is not a nice experience

the hotel is very good, very well located near the airport and has a transfer that runs every hour. The staff is very nice and friendly and the rooms are very spacious and good, it has a restaurant

Very polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Nice patio between reception and breakfast room. For lack of any hotels at the airport itself, best location possible - though still a 15-minute taxi ride away. Absolute bargain for the price paid.
