Very unclear about airport shuttle. Poor email communication. Tried phoning for an hour, nothing... which is logical as reception had only one person... ... who, when we arrived, had to check in some 7 groups, one after the other. And that took forever, not her fault. Also, a rather unfriendly member of staff at the restaurant barked at me unnecessary instructions about paying for a beer... in Portuguese...

Location was ok, near enough to the airport once the shuttle conundrum was discerned. Facilities were good, nice and clean. Food was actually fine. Night buffet was fair, breakfast ok. Most staff were nice and helpful (see below). Shout out to the girl in reception dealing alone with 100 people trying to check in at the same time...

The noise of air conditioner machine was unbearable, We had to sleep with earphones. The only way to stop it was to take away an entrance card and turn off all electricity supply of the room. Maybe it's just the issue of some rooms on the 2nd floor, try to avoid 210-215 rooms.

Room service is poor. Staff answering phone did not speak English. Food delivered without eating utensils. Said would be sent in 10 minutes. Never came. Had to go down to restaurant and get them myself.

We waited a while at the airport to get the shuttle to the hotel but it never arrived for some reason (all the other hotel shuttles did). We ultimately got an uber but it was a hassle because uber drivers preferred to take you all the way to the city, instead of a short ride away. Hence, they kept cancelling and it took about 30min for me to finally get one willing to take us. Just something to watch out for, esp if you're arriving late at night like we did.

Hotel was very clean and looked pretty new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel shuttle left right on time to the airport.

It took long to check in and check out, the staff did not speak English very well.

Good location, the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport and back. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a restaurant where they serve lunch and dinner.

The shuttle bus was very useful and the breakfast is served from 5:30 am.

Modern hotel, clean and new. They provide free shuttles to and from the airport. Very close to train/bus terminal. Staff is nice.

the toilet would not flush properly. The towels were not so great. I was kind of allergic to whatever they used to wash the sheets with.But that's not their fault.

Bathroom was a little unclean. The breakfast doesn't have enough vegetarian options. Airplane noises penetrates the restaurant area, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Location near the airport. Free shuttles to the airport leaving every hour. Breakfast time starts early (5:00am) so early flyers can eat before leaving. Rooms are pretty quite, even though planes passing over.
