We had an extra charge that was not from our room. The staff was able to manage quickly but perhaps the management team could improve their billing system to avoid confusions.

Great location and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and kind. Some of the staff spoke English and it was very helpful to have that.

Only 1. I missed vegetables at breakfast....

I slept 9 nights in the hotel....i had big room with big mirror .with bath and wirpool..room was quiet. My .bed was very comfortable.and big ..i had trezor and full fridge..( price was good) .every day the cleaning service cleaned and changed towels and replenished hygiene items...pool was nice with small jacuzzi good for relax ..with bar where you can have drink and food too... was nice surprise for me evening....the singer played the guitar..very nice ❤️👌.. No so much personál speak english..but is always sombody which speak english and can help .. personál is really very good and friendly👍👌.. Breakfest was always fresh and constantly supplemented (.no problém.if you come 15 min beffore 10.00👍.).was diverse and tasty.. Close to the hotel is a lot restaurants.. nice shopping center..5 min walk....place is not dangerous... I felt very comfortable in the hotel and if I visit this place in the future, I will definitely stay here... Thank you for nice tíme..😊 Anna .

Equipment and finishing of the room could be newer. Feels too much humid inside the room.

Staff was awesome, room was very clean. Restaurant was great. There is soft live music at the swimming pool. Water in the pool is pleasantly warm.

Watch out... I reserved two rooms, one double bed for two adults, one with twin beds for my teenage daughters. These were left out of the reservation, and it happened that I reserved two rooms, only for one person each. The hotel told me to cancel my reservation and reserve again, this time for 4 adults, but the reservation was non refundable, within the hour of having been made, therefore I could not get this solved. Booking's assistance for this matter was crap. I ended up solving this with the hotel staff when I arrived.

Walking distance from a major Shopping Mall. Staff were very helpful.

The swimming pool bar was playing bad musuc very loud, wasn't even possible to talk to people by my side. Some jazz or maybe electronic house music, would be very nice in the swimming pool, but playing sertanejo so loud was disgusting.

Looks quite tired. Full of coach parties. The restaurant is a buffet, which is fine, but the food wasn't great and neither was the service. It felt completely geared up to the coach parties, it felt like they didn't really expect other guests.

Good value for a one night stay when visiting the falls. Nice big room, comfy bed.
