The setting right in front of Iguazú Falls just takes your breathe away. Service was outstanding as was the food and comfort of room. When we were taken to our room and it was twin beds rather that a king, we were upgraded to a wonderful suite overlooking the Falls. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely stay!

The property is amazing! The staff is so nice, friendly and helpfull. We really , really loved!!! It was a great experience and for sure I would go back. The location is out of this world. I truly recommend this hotel if you wanna have a unique experience . Congratulations to all the staff and management.

Located in the NP, against the falls. Perfect pool area, perfect breakfast. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Beautiful hotel with magical atmosphere.

Needs more wildlife/ bird watching walking in the local rain forest. This was a high point but actually very hard to arrange. The hotel is under-playing one of its most amazing assets

It cannot be better! Never experienced such an attentive, unpretentious and caring staff as here! Not one entity from receptionists, drivers of the shuttlebus, waiters, gardeners, roomstaff or the many servicepeople was not friendly, going out of their way and a joy to talk to. The property is fantastic, the location with the possibility of visiting the falls early and later without the huge crowds worth every (of the many- it is expensive) cent (!), everything is superclean and best kept. Breakfast caters to every wish. Dinner in itaipe a la carte is delicious, drinks in the bar wellmixed, buffet dinner (quite casual) of very good quality and variety. Food/drinks are okay priced for a 5****. Every item for the guests is well- thought through and of highest quality, even the slippers are not just that but Hawaianas perfect for pool etc. But besides the awe inspiring location inside the park with Day round views and exclusive access it is the service that makes this a gem. If you can afford it: book it!

The location of the hotel and its staff are wonderful. To be able to walk to see the falls immediately outside the hotel is a bonus. Room was spacious, lovely bathroom and products. I thought the attention to details and attentiveness was superb.

Only if I wanted to be very, very picky, we called reception a few times and had no answer, or they didn't call us back with a response to our query. The most important thing to highlight is that we received a spam link from the hotels account via Booking.com which led to us having to block our cards the night before our trip! Just a warning to others not to fall for this!

Absolutely incredible from the moment we stepped inside. The most beautiful Portguese colonial architecture and the falls just opposite is breathtaking. Food is very good - a bbq restaurant buffet and a more a la carte restaurant. Willian and Caleb were standout staff for us.

This hotel offers the 'best' experience to see Iguassu Falls. It is worth every penny if you can afford it. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had planned a longer stay. For those in the hotel business, check in for a couple of nights and you will learn the true meaning of hospitality.

It's expensive of course but so worth the treat.

This was our second time staying here, when my husband and I came the first time I knew we had to come back and bring my parents. The location is magical, the staff is incredible and always adding thoughtful details, the food is delicious. We hope to come back again someday.

There was nothing we didn’t like it was excellent

We had the most amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect right from the personalised check-in to arranging a service to take us across the border to Iguazu Falls Argentina. The service is outstanding, and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Really we couldn’t fault anything and it is well worth it to stay within the national park in to see the Falls after the park is closed to the public. Highly recommend.
