No flitted sheet. It is annoying and not comfortable when the sheet comes off.

Breakfast was great. Rooms comfortable. Location fantastic. The lack of a fitted sheet is my only complaint.

The kitchen could have been furnished with dish soap and sponge at the very least. All we were given was 1 fork, spoon, knife, cup and plate each. No bowls, cutting board, dish towel, sponge, dish soap, etc were provided.

Pool was small but it was a hit with our small child. The upstairs outdoor space was a nice getaway. Breakfast had quite a variety of bread. Staff was friendly. Location was conveniently located walking distance to Parque de Redenção, Mercado and great restaurants on Rua Silva ans Lima.

There could be more food options for a night snack. The main concern however was with the gate by the car lift. It should be closed when the lift is not on the floor to avoid risk of accident.

The first room we booked (Family Room Standard) was old and the wi-fi didn’t work well there, it was quite unstable.

The location is excellent, the staff is super nice and helpful (especially Leonardo and Cristiana), and the breakfast is awesome. We asked to upgrade our room and we were placed at a much better room than the first one we had chosen. There is a small pool and a nice terrace at the top of the building.

The room is clean, the shower is awesome (propane gas), a lot of space, it has a sink and a small refrigerator, and the view outside is beautiful with some garden. The staff was very social and formal (the receptionist remembered my name the next day to give me greetings). The building has a small gym, but the location is nice, it's on the roof. There are also herbs planted in a garden on the roof, you can take some by yourself to use for tea or meals. The breakfast was good, the space is small but comfy.

Not really "eco", every room has at least one old-fashioned AC. All combined they make a lot of noise at night. Elevators are not efficient. We had to wait too long to get our bags up and downstairs. Most of the time, the COVID protocol (1 room per elevator) was broken because guests had waited for too long. The COVID protocol was barely in place, we didn't feel safe during breakfast.

Great location. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto Alegre.

I have to pay extras from what I booked on Booking, because there was a person with me. But I´ve booked a double bed room, dind´t expect to have to pay extra for the exact same room. Also the difference was considerable bigger than the money that would be payed for the extra continental breakfast. There was broken glass on the elevator floor.

Nothing at all. The city have it´s problems, so the neighbourhood isn´t very nice, but the situation have nothing to do with the hotel and it´s nice staff.

Fine location, near historical city centre and all Porto Alegre main atractions. Nice and confortable rooms, with fridge and sink. Very clear, excellent breakfast.

Wi-Fi din’t work in all areas (hall, room, terrace, area breakfast), the shower was full of black hairs, bed not comfortable, dirty floor in our room, courtesy set very poor

Just the bed is a little too soft for my taste.

The location is quite convenient to several city spots. The staff is gentle and the breakfast is healthy and varied.
