Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe only thing I would mention is maybe renovating the bikes as they charge for them.
We went to rio to stay at Fasano hotel for 4 nights but after the first 2 we were so disappointed that we moved to Emiliano and it wa sthe best decision we made. The hotel is so niche, feels more exclusive, always quiet, clean and the staff are very attentive to you and all the details. From the second day they already knew how I like my drink, ou room was always impeccable, they made sure to make us feel special and you could see the same treatment towards everybody. The pool area is gorgeous, the gym is even more and we loved all the dishes we tried both at Emile restaurant and also at the rooftop.

United StatesThe menu at the pool/rooftop bar could be improved. Not the best options on the menu. Whatever you pick will be very good, but the options themselves are not great. I saw myself ordering things just to not be hungry. Again, the food was very good, but I couldn't find anything that I was excited to order.
The hotel is beautiful. The location is unbeatable, and the view from the rooms is like a painting. Stunning! The facilities are great. You can get a very decent workout done at the gym with an amazing view plus, there are 2 saunas next to it. Massage is available at the spa. I love it. Very good service and the staff is one of a kind.

The attention to detail is fabulous, with little cakes delivered daily. There was a large choice for breakfast, all delivered to order. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
