Close to midnight they started working on the floor above with what sounded like a jackhammer. The staff were quick to move us at our request and apologized for the inconvenience. The airport had not provided them any prior notice of work being performed.

Clean and it is in great location for long layovers.

Hugely difficult to find. It is landside so you have to enter Brazil and have your passport stamped.

Cleaning staff made lots off noise around 22:00. Scrubbing loudly and talking. Only negative about the hotel.

I noticed the shared bathroom unfortunately at last. The soundproof rooms are poor and extremely small. Even there is no hanger in the room

The Hotel was tricky to find as airport signs were not evident from the start. Clear instructions were given in the correspondence from the front desk. The price for the room was a little high but I suppose you pay for being inside the terminal.

The check in desk gave me an option of paying in cash or using a credit card. Very pleasant staff,who spoke English. The room was compact,very clean and the double bed was extremely comfortable! As a single female traveller,it was a safe option for a nights stay. Would recommend an airport hotel.

Directions to get there where not good. We wandered a bit to try and find it. Firstly when to international terminal 2 thinking it was there. Nope it was not so we had to go back out and through passport control which of you are coming from a country that has to pay for visa on arrival or worse yet have to get the visa ahead of time you need to factor this in. After getting some direction, we tried to find it via Google maps waking outside, but that led to a deadend. We went back into airport to find a pathway to terminal 2 another way and followed that with questioning people on the way where to go. Eventually we found it with the combination of Google maps and directions. Great location but cost is fairly high for what they offer. Location is the key so they charge so much. Cost me 300 usd for a double and single for family of three. No breakfast no lower cost for shorter time... we had 17 hour layover to kill and probably should have found one off the airport and taxed out to it instead of staying.

The hotel is just below where my flight was to check in. The hotel fit the need with no luxury needed.

Very expensive for facilities and lack of breakfast. You are just paying for the convenience of staying at private room and bathroom the airport.

I wish they could store some trolleys for the guests when they check out. I couldn’t find one when I left and had to drag my heavy suitcases around the airport as I couldn’t find one to take.

A bit noisy but I expected it since rooms are tiny.

Conveniently located. Clean rooms. The room is more than enough for a night of sleep and a shower before boarding another flight. Highly recommend.

Room is very tiny but it’s part of the deal nevertheless. So it’s not a complaint just a comment for travelers who are expecting a bigger room.

Very convenient for a transit traveler. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Amazing bed for its size.

Important: it is possible to book the hotel for 8 hours instead of full day, and the date is half of the full day rate!!! But if you book on Booking, you have to pay the full day

The property is awhul, the room for $350 canadian did not have a window, the height of the ceiling was too low, it was clausthrophobic.I 3was told i need to leave the room after 8 hours, The clerk did not speak English. The worst hotel I have booked in my life
