Great location in the 'old town'. Many restaurants nearby. Also 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal you can catch busses to Argentina and Paraguay from. Free use of safe boxes at the reception

The room was a bit dated

The staff were very attentive. It was my friend’s birthday while we were there and they left a delicious cake and card in our room for him. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was also delicious and the perfect location in the center.

Weird nylon bedding and building works during our stay.

Big rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice big pool area. Excellent location close to bus station and taxi rank for the falls. Close to cheap eats and drinks. Good aircon and showers. Big rooms.

location worked for us. basic hotel. good for sleeping, but not much else. The front desk staff have limited English, but tried very hard to help.

The staff was kind, but sometimes a bit confused, a bit messy; nothing to worry too much. We had to wait for a while to get to the room (wasn't clean by the time we arrive) but the hall was quite comfortable.

Hotel is really city centered, downtown area. Five minutes walk to bus terminal, plenty of restaurants (from economic to fancy ones) nearby. Room was not big, but not too small. Breakfast was really good, my friends and I really enjoyed. We didn't use the pool, but was quite large. The lift is kind of odd, but fully functional. The building seems to be quite old, but refurbished - comfy experience, I should say.

No Wifi in the room. Even after asking to change rooms, we received the answer that the router was reset. Nothing happened though, no wifi at all, at least in our room.

the Pool is nice, the staff is very friendly. They would even let us use the pool after check out and warm up our food (leftovers from a Restaurant) in the kitchen.

The bedroom is very comfortable, it totally matched our expectations, the staff is great they really attended to us in a very good mood and treated us more like friends, the breakfast is amazing with lots of options, and all of this with a good price.

Please, fix the windows locks.

I arrived late a night and with a cat. The room they first gave us wasn’t “animal scape prof”, like the windows lock didn’t lock (fix that for the future). So the staff helped us find one that fits. Their hospitality is a plus! The breakfast is ok. The bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Room very small Fan very noisy We asked for availability the next day When we check our bank The full amount for another day was taken off We had to go back to the hotel to sort this out Then the staff disappeared so I had to search for a person to ecplain again They asked banking details I said they have it. In the end we had to leave and pay a taxi in a hurry. After 2 days the refund showed in my account.

Rooms, furniture, hotel in general is very old. Soundproofing was not good at all, you can hear the doors slam, people using the stairs and AC sound of the rooms etc.

No storage facilities as we would have liked to drop our luggage during checkin and leave it in the hotel storage temporarily and rush to the Brazil Iguazu falls. Secondly due to our flight change to a very early start we asked for a takeaway breakfast of a simple juicebox, bread and fruit but hotel said it was not possible.

Easy to get to and all key amenities were nearby.

The elevator didn't work in the 4 days I stayed. There were holes in the pillowcases and in the tablet clothes of the restaurant. There were not outlets near the bed, not microwave or lamps. The bathroom was very small that couldn't fit two people comfortably. The hot water was broken although it was fixed after I complained. There were mosquitos in the room and the light of the sink didn't work either. The dinner at the restaurant was awful and the guy who served us was not very corteus, it looks like he hates his job.

The location was good. The staff in the reception were very kind and polite. There are restaurants, faemacies and an ATM at the corner. It's also close to the bus station.

After the first few nights me and my twin brother were really happy for the stay, so happy we kept extending and stayed total of almost two weeks. This Hotel is like every hotel should be. Very welcoming, organized, straight forward, clean and tidy. We had three different rooms and all were modern hotel rooms, very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool on sunny days. Highlight was the staff working here, they were very professional, nice and helpful.
