Wonderful pool area with a pool bar where you can get also food besides the drinks. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was big and comfy.

The room had a little moldy stench until we switched on the A/C, but being in the tropics I guess this is kind of normal.

Safe parking, large rooms, comfy bed, quiet at night, very friendly staff. Breakfast selection and food in restaurant is quite OK. Not far from Riomar Shopping center.

Breakfast a bit simple. Wind noises from the windows, although apparently we slept quite well, maybe it had a relaxing influence.

Very friendly and service oriented employees, including the management. Room was also very clean. Thank you for your hospitality. We are used to stay in 5 star hotels, but this 4 star hotel surprised us positively. In our view it is at the high end of 4 star hotels.

Amazing hotel with great room service, we enjoyed our room even though it wasn’t ocean view. Friendly and helpful staff. The best breakfast with tapioca bar. Really nice pool, although you have to go in the morning, as it has no sunlight in the afternoon.

Wifi can only be accessed if you know your room number, so only after you check in and only 5 minutes after you check out. My room was smelling of humidity and the air conditioner was leaking.

The property has spacious rooms and is located right across the street from the beach. Has all the facilities that you would need.

The jacuzzi could be a little bit more hot, but it was still very nice and comfortable

I disliked the fact that bedroom windows were locked and could not be open. So you’re kind of forced to breath AC all the time when you’re in the bedroom. Also there was leaking AC in the bedroom which didn’t seem to bother them too much. Luckily I noticed it early enough and move my clothes away.

Great location and view of the praia do Futuro. The hotel also offers a nice gym, pool bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly . The bedroom was very spacious with breathtaking views of the sea line. Also allowed me to do a very late check out (at extra cost) which was nice.

We were in room 620. I think there was a small gap in the window which didn't close properly creating a 'wind tunnel' and noise from the outside wind.

went to the restaurant inside the hotel asked for a Cesar salad with chicken I was served something that was def not it green lettuce instead of Americcan lettuce with honey mustard sauce ???? when I was in the pools some ladies were telling how they got robbed one street near the hotel made me feel very insecure to get out

Excellent open location with great sea views away from the hustle and bustle of central Fortaleza. Excellent staff, good facilities and convenient for the new RioMar shopping centre. (If you really need it) Not far from Pinto Martins International Airport.
