Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe Rooftop has been remodeled and looks fantastic. The view is stunning and had a DJ for the sunset. We had a pleasant day. Breakfast was pretty decent. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the food that we had on the Rooftop. We had a great time. Best hotel in Fortaleza for sure. Staff is amazing. Congrats!

The hotel is clean, well located, the team is extremely friendly and well trained, from receptionists to cleaners and breakfast team, everyone is there giving their best to offer you a great experience. The breakfast is really nice and the facilities are quite good. I was there celebrating my mother’s birthday and they were really caring which has made this moment even more special.

United Statespaid for ocean view. Had a cute balcony. Had to call every day to bring more coffee pods for the machine. as well as water. this should not have to happen. I extended my stay by one day and wanted to stay in the same room. after I paid for the room I received a call half hour after to tell me we will have to move in the morning because of maintenance. a move I was trying to avoid since I was leaving the following day. so we moved up to 12th floor, paid the same rate and open the door to no balcony. I enjoy my mornings on the balcony. went for coffee using the machine but machine was broken. had to call for another machine which they brought right away. mold on the wall in the shower. There is an expectation when you pay the price set by the hotel on what services one expects. these might be small things but enough of them for me to write a review. new Years Eve party was great. abundance of food beautifully laid out. incredible music that played non stop from 9:30 past midnight. great service. a fun night. I recommend you get tickets to this event. on my list for a yearly tradition.
