This hotel is in a great location. The rooms weren't large, but they were clean. As the name implies, they have an industrial motif to the rooms. If you don't like that, then don't book a room here. Beds were very comfortable. Common areas were great (especially the outdoor areas. Breakfast was perfect. We would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel hosted a party on Saturday night. It did not seem to be for hotel guests. The party was right outside my bedroom window (although, based on the arrangmenet of the hotel, I think it was right outside most guests' bedroom windows). The music was so loud that the room was vibrating. I had hoped to spend a quiet night before my early flight the next day, but I could not sleep, read, or watch tv, due to the loud music. To their credit, the party did end fairly early, but it was not the relaxing night I had hoped for.

The location is great, and the hotel is really clean.

I didn't seem to have a choice of breakfast - I was asked to order when I arrived and there seemed to be no opportunity to vary it. The fruit, eggs and coffee were good but I didn't enjoy the toasted sandwich. Also I didn't realise until late in my stay that when there was no one on reception and I needed help or advice that I could Whatsapp. It would have been great if this could have been explained as I felt a tad abandoned at times. Furthermore, as there are coffee making facilities in the lovely TV room it would have been great to have coffee/tea supplied. Finally I would suggest that you provide more coat hangers in the room. There was only one in mine and at least 6 would be great, particularly as the room can accommodate a couple, though you would be very tight for space with more than one person in the room.

I loved the location, the common areas, especially the back and front terraces with the beautiful planting and the general design of the hotel, plus the staff when they were there. The area felt relatively safe and was full of bars and restaurants and not far from anywhere. You can walk to such places such as Batman Alley.

It's a bit hard to locate at first. When you spot it from the street it looks like a hair salon. The hotel is in the same building, behind it.

Would book again. Good cost-benefit. Super simple but comfortable. The location is good, as are the bed, sheets, towels. Fresh breakfast, all made to order.

They charged me for a converter plug. It’s something they cheap could lend, and only charge if you take it. That seemed a little cheap to me.

This friendly little gem is in a fantastic neighbourhood. It requires Face ID at the gate, making it feel quite safe. The facilities were charming and the breakfast ample and tasty.

The room did not have a window: as such that was not a disaster as it was only for 2 nights. But you could hear everything that happened outside of the room.

The hotel location is pretty much OK: close to Rua Pinheiros and not far from Vila Madalena, all reachable by walking. The hotel itself is OK, staff is great. I liked the breakfast a lot.

Hard to communicate on speaker during remote check inn due to bad sound quality and persons lack of English language. Rooms with access from outside seems a bit too industrial
