Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilThe check in took a bit too long because there were not many attendants. But other than that it was quite nice.
It is a great value for money. Organized, clean and pleasant rooms for a budget hotel and very satisfactory breakfast. Bear in mind that the bethroom facilities are in the middle of the room, so it is not advisable to share rooms with people that you dont share a great deal of intimacy.

United StatesWe travel the entire day to arrive in the hotel and rest. When we got there, there was at least 50 people on a line to do the check-in. Very disapointed, we left and went to the hotel in the next block. The price was the same and there was no line for the check-in. I still haven't received my refund.

Brazileverything else, breakfast price would be fair if there was anything more than a piece of watermelon, stale rock hard bread, eggs and hotdogs were the least horrible option, I've stayed in 1 star hotels that had cheaper and way better breakfast, it's not hyperbole. Also, the lobby smells like cat poop(yes, that very strong undeniable smell of cat poop, it is that overwhelming that I have to write about it here), the beds had marks of period blood, poo stains on the bathroom stall wall, Ibis Budget Aquidaban used to be better about 2 years ago, not great anymore

The Mr. Miguel from Stop Park Parking, said that call me after investigation at cameras the occured, he didn't call me, after checked the cameras, why didn't he call me? He lies! He said that my car entered Saturday night with damaged! He lies! I delivered my car without damage at Saturday night! And this person said that my car arrived damaged? I reported the local police and I'll wait a solution.
