After bad experience with conditions in 4th floor I asked to be higher. They gave me nice room in 11th floor which was quiet and comfortable. Air condition was modern and working well.

Facilities and finishing (doors, windows, corners and locks) are and unmaintained. Although we stayed in the 11th floor, we road noise was reaching us directly - the windows had broken lockers and they didn’t seal properly. Every single electrical appliance made loud high pitched noise, the room fridge, the sauna, elevator etc. I couldn’t get why…

Location is very central and super safe. Amenities around the hotel: bars, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The room size was relatively good for 2 adults and a kid. The breakfast is excellent! Great variety of fruits, breads and cakes. They’re all great and tasty.

The swimming pool is quite small and it was mostly under the shadow in the afternoon, so I gave up using it. If you prefer shadownand don;t want to swim, it should be OK.

I'd the say the hotel is "fair". Not amazing, but good cost/benefit. The staff was super friendly. Great location, very close to the Copacabana beach They allow you to keep your luggage and to use the hotel facilities after check-out.

The elevators are not functioning correctly. They are malfunctioning—required immediate repairs. The extremely long wait for the elevators. The rooms are ancient. They must be refreshed with a nice paint colour to brighten them.

Checking in was very easy. The woman in the office was very helpful, she assisted me immensely. She is Awesome! I wish I could remember her name though. I would have liked to meet when I was leaving to thank her once again for the tremendous support that she has provided to me.

It is not the best hotel but was OK.

The hotel is in the street that is not so safe but very close there are bars and restourants. The breakfast is very good. My room 1006 was clean but the room of my friends 204 was dirty. The hotel was full with Brasilians for weekend. There is were to left luggage if you need from late check out.

We didn’t like the outside noises , the street was very noisy and messy (week after new year’s evening) but that’s out of hotel control , we understand that! we like the hotel but did not like too much of the location.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel , we had a long stay so we could feel almost as we were living there . it’s a simple and warm place. We liked the staff , they were friendly and helpful and hard workers , making possible for all guest to have a nice stay.

Due to the location, it is pretty noisy also in the evening. Rooms are quite small and I found the prize relatively expensive, yet worth it considering location and breakfast quality.

The hotel is a 14 story building only 3 minutes from the Copacabana beach in midst a busy neighborhood, 3 bars/restaurants directly next to it. Rooms and interior are somewhat aged, but everything functions well, including the air condition in the room. On the top there is a (really small) pool and a small bar which is staffed in the evening (until 10 pm). Since safety was pretty good in December 2022, the location is excellent to explore the neighborhood, also in the evening, with many people in the street and in the bars. One can also go for running or walking near the beach before sunrise without having to be scared. Breakfast is excellent.

The location is good, Copacabana beach at 2min walking. Staff super friendly and professional. Thanks to the amazing receptionist! It is excellent quality price, we highly recommend :) Many restaurants around too.

The room, overall, lacks care and attention to the basics. Nice bed and good shower, but the worn towels, the thin bed sheets, the loud and cranky AC, and some broken lights took a big share of the comfort away.

Great location on one of the most endearing neighbours of the city. You can enjoy Copacabana without spending too much. Also, the breakfast was pretty decent.
