You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilI tried to think of one thing I didnt like and I couldn't find any. Everything was perfect. Maybe a bit pricy, but worth it.
Loved the service and the friendly staff members. The pool is stunning. Fresh during the day, warm at night. Staff was also able to arrange an upgrade to a room closer to the reception due to my cousin's broken feet. We didn't ask, so points to proactivity and good costumer service that would definitely make me come back. Special mention to Lauro and Debora at the restaurant. Rockstars!

CanadaBecause the Hotel is located by the sea, to be able to go to the town at night, you need taxi all the time. The taxi drives apply a different rates depending on the time you order, and it’s expensive.
The Hotel is great, starting from the staff and the food. Everything was perfect.

HungaryRooms were modern & tidy, bed was super comfortable, however, the connecting wall to the other room was very thin and we heard every conversation of our neighbours aloud. Although there was always one English speaker at the front desk all the messaging regarding checkin / checkout was in Portuguese - a small inconvenience that could be easily avoided with templates in English. As nobody of the Staff spoke English besides the reception, it made our stay very difficult that we could not communicate with the staffmembers at other areas - this has led to situations e.g when my husband had to carry heavy sunbeds with his recently operated shoulder (staffmembers were just standing there and watching this…). We were unlucky with the weather as it was raining on our only full day in the resort. An info sheet about the hotel activities / facilities would have been useful as we did not know what to do. We wanted to use the sauna at 4:30PM that was not operating as it should have from 4PM.
The resort is located at the beach with an amazing view and the buffet style breakfast was the best with an incredible selection. The pool area was also great and we enjoyed our time spent here. We really appreciated that we could stay at the resort & use the facilities after checkout. Before leaving the hotel we had the opportunity to take a shower before our long haul flight.
