Amazing breakfast with beautiful view over the lake. Really nice common area to relax. Room was small but enough for 2 people for a few nights. Location was also great, close to the centre and many restaurants. We could also rent kayaks for free. For a small fee we could take a shower after check-out

The hostel is directly located at the lagoon with a very nice terrace. The staff was very helpful for the planning of trips and the accomodation was clean. A nice breakfast is served in the morning.

We liked everything!

Everything! We loved our stay at Lagoa. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The view of the lake is beautiful and the breakfast is great! Common areas are well kept and the bedrooms are clean.

- great facilities including free kayak and bike rental - the staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful! - good breakfast - central location - deck overlooking the lake was lovely

The towels were rather thin and dingy, and the room could have been a little cleaner--especially the bathroom. Nothing terrible that we wouldn't stay again, but room for improvement. Was a little tricky finding the entrance but once we did it was easy and secluded.

Lovely views of the lake and a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and had a lovely view. Very secure and felt safe the entire stay. Great bar next door!

The hostel is super nice - located directly on the lake. In the morning you can sit in the sun near the water and enjoy your breakfast. There are a lot of cats running around and living at the hostel, which makes it super homely. The staff is super nice and friendly. The room is big and has a balcony with hammock. The sun goes up on the lake side so it is beautiful to watch from the balcony.

Family run place, very friendly and accommodating staff. Very central location right on the lake, very quiet, no traffic around.

Our fan was quite loud which made it hard to sleep with it on but without it was very warm.

The location is amazing and the the pictures are true to what you get - the common area really is that beautiful. Nice staff, clean, good Wi-Fi and nice atmosphere in the hostel! Great english among the staff which was thankful as neither I or my boyfriend speaks Portuguese… 😅 It wasn’t available for us to book since we made the reservation so late but if you can I would recommend one of the rooms with ocean view and balcony - looked amazing!

The twin bed room was tiny, the mattresses were old and sunken in and the window was facing a wall. The shower after check-out was almost as expensive as the room for one night, which is disproportionately expensive in my opinion.

This place hides it in the fine print and doesn’t have airconditioning in every room. Only the most expensive suites have it. Staff sit around all day in the garden because nobody stays here and they don’t have much to do. If you stay here you won’t see any other travellers. Biggest catfish photos I have seen because the property looks much worse than in the photos and the lake doesn’t look like that

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. They do not provide even a soap, so make sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, etc.

Staff are not very friendly. You are not allowed to use the kitchen other than the microwave. The private bedrooms are located right near the entrance and the staff are shouting late in the evening.

Location is amazing on the lake. Breakfast was ok. WiFi is good.
