Too expensive for what was offered compared to other accommodation. We were given a very bad room but when we complained, they moved us to a much better one.

Laguna has amazing staff. I have stayed at a couple of hotels in João Pessoa. I have not seen such amazing staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Location of Laguna Hotel is also very ideal. It's right in the middle of the beach.

The facilities are not as great as compared to other hotels. The internet (Wifi) is the worst. It does not work many times and it's very slow. The breakfast time could have been a little longer at least on Sundays. I stayed in three different rooms but the bathrooms are very small and have too tight space for toilet

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooftop terrace with a pool features an excellent view of the sea.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, but with a Google translator we got by.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and eager to help. One waitress at breakfast, Andrea, was especially friendly and helpful and made our mornings special. The breakfast buffet itself was incredible. The hotel arranged a tour of Olinda for us. And a ride to the airport when we checked out. The location, right across from the beach was great, too.

The balcony is very small and rather than sea view you will see more the roofs of other buildings. The elevator is very small.

The restaurant served one of my kids, a bowl of soup, the porcelain was broken.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The breakfast is fabulous. The location is convenient and close to everything. The bedrooms are clean and well maintained. And, to finish the swimming pool is wonderful.

there’s nothing to complain about the hotel or hotels crew.

The manager Mr. Jailton works very hard to accommodate customers need. we stayed in a clean bedroom and spacious also very comfy bed. Excellent service! Congratulations to the hotel staff, they’re professional especially the breakfast girls. Complete breakfast spacious and comfortable room!!! Whenever we return to Jampa we will stay at Laguna.

Room had a bad smell that we couldn't identify and didn't go away over night. It's been just about bearable with open windows. I think it's been a cleanliness issue somewhere near the bed. Front desk staff couldn't be bothered. No apology, no acknowledgment, the message probably didn't get passed on to the cleaning crew.

Breakfast was good (I don't know of any bad breakfast service at a Brazilian hotel), swimming pool on the roof was nice, location at the beach front is excellent.
