Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesEverything was best except only flimsy paper napkins for Dinner instead linen napkins that is required on a Five star Property. You feel degraded because the food is so good and well presented. It’s a shame not giving a 120% rate.

10 10 10 10!!!! I strictly live out of hotels and Airbnbs. This is by far the best sevice experience I have ever had. I have stayed for weeks in the Beverly Hills Hotel and Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Hotels in Dubai, Paris, NYC, Thailand, Japan, etc. and nothing beats the kindness, helpfulness and welcoming of the staff at this hotel. I met the owner and told him the same.

NetherlandsWe arrived in Florionapolis by plane in the middle of the night. We had selected the hotel because it has 24-hour check-in possibility and because of its location in the centre of the city, but with sea view. We stayed 2 nights, in order to get some rest after a long travel from the Netherlands and to be able to do some shopping. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms with sea view very nice and spacious enough for a few nights, and with a very nice restaurant. On one side is the seashore, very nice for a walk. On the other side enough shops and other facilities at walking distance. Employees were very client friendly. For our rented car we could use their valet parking. We liked the hotel very much!
