This is a very good hotel, we’ve stayed quite a few times and would certainly go back. Staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is wonderful, good, reliable shuttle service to and from the airport.

Room service could be better. A bit long for the food to arrive. Also, having to meet the staff at the door to add my signature to confirm the order is not a ideal.

Hotel is in an industrial area close to the airport. Only reason to stay at this location is proximity to airport in between flights.

Close to the airport, free shuttle service. Efficiënt, well-appointed room. Good breakfast with extended hours. We took Uber to hotel and shuttle back to airport.

Buffet breakfast was good. Buffet dinner was reasonable value. Roof access until 6pm enables great close up photographs of aircraft landing with distant views over Guarulhos Airport.

Stayed for one night as a layover. The shuttle times from the airport are not frequent and ended up booking my own taxi. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the airport, but actually it takes more than 20 minutea to reach it as for the traffic. Keep this in mind when you plan your trip.

Tha staff was really helpful and fast enough in managing our stay. The room was big and clean. Extremly good breakfast, available from 4.30AM, super conveninent for people having their flights early in the morning.

The facilities seem to be getting old, but still are reasonably well maintained. I missed having a glass in the bathroom to brush my teeth.

Confortable rooms and great food options. We paid about 12USD per person for the buffet dinner. Food was tasty and there was enough variety for most people. The room was spacious and the shower was very comfortable with good pressure and temperature.

NO swimming pool, no open area, no shuttle to Azul terminal, restaurant only opens at a certain time in the evening (even if there are people waiting to eat, you cant seat in the restaurant or order until it is open). and you need to give a huge u-turn from the airport to the hotel which makes it a bit far.

Not too far from the airport for an overnight. The breakfast opened before 5 am I think. Great breakfast.

Polite staff but enable to provide the room I required despite requesting it at the time of booking. Was givin access to the roof terrace to photograph aircraft at the airport. Food was very good

Actually it is not "I didn't like"i maybe an observation. I stayed in a room, which had been designed for disabled persons. Almost everything was OK for disabled persons and for me too, but the sink was very small and it wasn't suitable for no one. I don't know, if there is a standard for this, but this was so.

The breakfast was fantastic. I was on the way to Santiago and that's why stayed only 1 night. Hotel is very near to the airport, which was very good for me. And shuttles are often enough to and from airport. So, hotel is very good for stopovers.

It would be helpful if the frequency of the shuttle bus was improved from once per hour. Good service was slow - but when it arrived it was good.
