There was no lift so I had to leave my 2 luggages (heavy ones) on the reception because the receptionist didn’t offer any help to bring it to the room.

The neighbourhood at night may not appear safe for those not familiar with the neighbourhood and the surrounding streets are polluted but these don´t have a direct impact on the hotel.

The breakfast served to your room was decent and I liked the fresh juice. The location is great for public transport and the hotel has free parking which is a bonus. There is a 24 hour gas station on the corner and this is ideal.

The room is outdated, i wouldn´t mind except for the outlets, they only have 2 and they were nowhere near the bed or where you may need it. The TV was old and not working.

Breakfast was good, very complete with coffee, milk, juice, french bread, toast, ham, cheese and preserves, also it was serve in the room. Location was good as well, near the highway and downtown and easy access. The price was right for the room.

Breakfast was simple yet good. The hotel's best asset is, without a doubt, its location just a few steps from the subway. Room was simple and comfortable, staff was really nice and engaging. Good wifi signal.

the only downside is that our room was next to some outside machine belonging to the hotel, which constantly made high and strong peeping noise, even during night. As we stayed only one night, we let it be, but for longer stay we would definitely ask to change room.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable; sagged in the middle and needs replacement.

There can be some noise from machinery depends on what room you are in, but only intermittently during the day, not @ night. No good bars or restaurants nearby - there is a shopping centre 15 mins walk away

Right next to metro, a short walk from Tiete bus stn. Staff are nice. Rooms are good, wifi generally good. You can order drinks in the room, caipirinhas are good & cheap

No daylight in the room

The jacuzzi tub was actually working flawlessly and they provide a small bubble bath liquid! Bed was also very comfortable and breakfast was okay as well, with fresh fruit and orange juice.

Location wasn’t the best for things to do - but close to transport links. Room and hotel itself were really good for the price so can’t complain. Staff were also great.

The location of the hotel is a bit weird. At night there were standing a lot of hoe’s along the street. The rooms need a refreshment (are very old). Also, we asked for a small breakfast bag and an Uber, because we had to fly at night. They would settle everything. When we had to leave, nobody knew about anything and there wasn’t an Uber…

My stay experience in Dubai was truly amazing. From the moment we entered the hotel, we received attentive service in every detail. Having our rooms cleaned and organized every day really put us at ease as guests. In addition, the renewal of our drinks and the regular supply of water made our stay even more comfortable. However, one of the biggest beauties of the hotel was its staff. Staff like Mehedi and Pathum not only did their job but also served us with a genuine smile and sincerity. Their pleasant conversations and attentive approach made us have a truly unforgettable stay. As a guest coming to Dubai from Turkey, I would definitely recommend this hotel. From the cleanliness standards to the hospitality of the staff, everything was perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel in my future visits to Dubai.
