Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAbsolutely nothing at all! This was one of the best stays we've had during our entire trip!
The owner is an absolutely incredible person! We arrived super late, at close to midnight, and he was waiting patiently for us, and to show us to our room. The room and the toilet was spotlessly clean, and very spacious. The shower was great, and the wifi was super fast. The air conditioning looked and smelled new, and the bed was very comfortable. There is also a mini bar within the room, stocked with items at very reasonable prices. The location is just outside the centre, hence it's super quiet and undisturbed by music or traffic. Parking is easily available within, and you can also go up to the top of the tower for a wonderful view all around. The owner gave us very good tips regarding the trail to Vale do Utopia, which is simply stunning, and worthy of an entire day. Upon our late return from the trek, there was actually an incredible outdoor shower with hot water next to his office, which provided so much comfort to us before our long drive. If not for the lack of time, we would have loved to stay for many more days in this beautiful location! Lastly, even though we didn't opt in for the breakfast, I saw that he personally prepared the cakes for the breakfast, which looked absolutely delicious. It's absolutely evident that the owner really thought about how best to deliver a perfect experience, in the design of the accommodation, as well as the services provided. In conclusion, based on this experience, we trust the owner so much that if we're ever crossing Salar de Uyuni, we're definitely arranging our tours through him.

United StatesSo cute place. Comfortable. Safe. Clean. Quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Felipe was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a great time in Guarda do embau. I have stayed in other places before in this city.. but Origin stands out but far. When i come back I definitely will stay here again.
Nothing to complain. This place is the best place to stay in Guarda.
