The water park is not open by end of the day, when we come back from a full touristic day

Considering this is a resort, we were half expecting some evening entertainment but other than the bar that was it. Felt very quiet after tea. Evening food quality could be better. Some of the senior management walking round eying tables up felt a bit uncomfortable. No basic drinks included in the evening buffet which seemed a little strange, not even soft drinks/water, whereas drinks included at breakfast…

Great location next to both sides of the falls. Rooms massive and pool area was great, never felt too busy. Bar staff during the day were lovely, same for reception. Would recommend.

Oh dear. .... huge groups of school kids staying here disturbed one or two of our otherwise peaceful evenings.

We came during a tropical storm day which led us to visit the mall in the city. All the apparatus of swimming pools and water parks were closed due to the weather.

Restaurant is based on buffet, with good but average food.

Hotel service is particularly good, english speaking, good advise and organisation. Nice and high level hotel facilities : nice design and confortable rooms, nice swimming pool area with bar, pool table, table tennis. Nice breakfast. Confortable beds. Nice bathroom.

The location isn’t the best because you are far from a lot of town unless you are there for slides which is next door.

Even thought everything was nicely kept and clean we could see that same elements in the room and especially the bathroom needs upgrading. Such as the toilet seat, shower door.

Not much I did not like. A little frustrating when I needed to buy an adapter for my hair dryer and was told the store would be open at nine, went there at nine and they said ten. At ten they said noon. That was about the only frustration. Make sure you have a converter for electrical things because my blow dryer fried our adapter.

Close to the airport but seems remote. Beautiful property. Great dinner buffet.

Waterpark is closed when it rains, and my kids were looking forward to it Room was really hot over 30 deg when we arrived.

It’s a bit remote, the beds were quite creeky, made lots of noise. This is a family friendly hotel- there will be kids, and they will scream in the halls.

The staff were amazing. I did the all inclusive and all the food was great! They had pool side entertainment. Close to the falls I just got a taxi there

Our suite was beautiful, all the staff we talked with were friendly and helpful, there are lots of activities to keep you entertained, we enjoyed the buffets which were filled with local dishes and we liked that there was a natural area to explore

The bathroom is a bit outdated

This hotel is very close to waterfalls, so you will the last to pick up and first to drop off for the tour. It has large swimming pool, animators, live music, own aqua park and small park in the woods. We really liked our stay there, I think this is the best option if you come for waterfalls, since tours to waterfalls finish at 2PM and you something to do the rest of the day at the hotel. Also they allowed us to stay till the evening by the swimming pool since we had our flight in the evening. Choose this hotel, you won’t regret it

Everything was perfect.

The pool bar & activities, the free water park next door, the free extensive breakfast. The friendly staff, the beautiful groomed facility with nature trail, the ambiance. The location near Iguazu Falls, the comfortable room, the welcoming lobby. Everything is fantastic here. Wanted to stay longer and wish to return. Taxis at will call too. Affordable spa massage & pedicures on site. Phenomenal for families of all ages & types.

Definitely for families with kids not ideal for for social solo travelers. Nothing to do within walking distance.

Location is halfway between the falls and town Holiday decorations were FANTASTIC!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good, clean and a decent size. Beds were comfortable. Easy to book spa treatments & Get a massage after a day of walks and tours. Food was plentiful able to eat my fill of tasty Brazilian cuisine. Tour guide was helpful, we used google translate to have a conversation. Round pool was nice. Get a pool view room.
