Only place Ive ever stayed in 7 months in Brasil which didn't have drinking water on sight which was strange also a lot of the stuff on the breakfast buffet especially the eggs and the coffee felt very cheap

Really nice comfortable spacious rooms with comfy beds good ac and nice modern bathrooms and a nice pool to enjoy in the sun as well as a buffet breakfast to fill up on good location for the beach as well

The hotel inside was a little confusing with 2 elevators to get to the room.

Location was the best. Close to the famous beach and to a bunch of restaurants

The Staff , i paid extra 100 reais because one outside friend visited me for 10 min. I was not advised for this fee. and that made me to shift the hotel for the next 5 days. (big loss for the hotel)

This hotel is not even a 4 stars one. Only some staff’s people were helpful and kind, let’s give a mention on Igor, he deserves a big promotion, he was always pleasured to help anytime. The staff from the bar are unpolite and I felt myself kinda discriminated. The restaurant supose to close at 10PM, but I went down around 9PM to order some food and enjoy the time on the pool but the elderly man was rude saying the restaurante was closed. It was closed only to me, right? Yet, I saw other people making orders right after me and they accepted without no issue, maybe because they were well dressed and looked “rich”. The lock’s card stops working every single day. If you go to reception asking for a fix, the young lady is always in a bad mood and treats you as she is doing a favour. I don’t remind her name, unfortunately. There were no amenities for personal care, only a small soap and the bathroom’s door was damaged. Breakfast? I don’t want to mention, just scroll down here and check the other reviews.

Horrible Horrible Horrible If I could rate this a 0 I would it was bad enough that when we entered the rooms the ceiling lights were filled with bugs, the wooden blinds were filled with dust and dirt but the worst was that we paid for a room with a full bed what we received was two twin beds pushed together and in the middle of the night my wife almost fell to the floor when I brought this to the attention of the general manager Rodrigo he did nothing. If stay here it won't take you long to realize this is very unclean and unkempt property all you have to do is when in the pool area look at the umbrellas and how much mold has gathered around the edges this is not only a safety hazard but shows that the clients are not important just the money disgusting i would rather sleep in a bus stop

It needs some renovation on railings on the rooftop, they are are a little wobbly what is unsafe. And they should install a fan in the bathroom, because the humidity and heat are causing mold to grow in the ceiling. Also a blackout curtain should be installed for a better sleep and comfort. it’s hard to sleep past 5 am with the sun coming through the window right in the face. I’m sure the guest would appreciate it and wake up feeling rested.

I like how close it is from the beach and the beautiful view from our bedroom.

Very poor cleaning (bathroom doesn't see a brush for a while) also they have shampoo and conditioner on the wall but it was empty, and when called the reception they said they don't offer this type of service. No parking available as well, only on the street but it's always full.
