Rooms lack a little charm - a bit industrial feeling compared to the rest of the hotel grounds. The patios could use a hammock or sun lounger. But that was minor - overall it was beautiful.

Beachfront, clean, wonderful food, helpful staff, wonderful amenities.

Booked a room instead of a Chalet this time, better choice. Refurbished, clean and well maintained. Will visit again for sure. Hotel is on a lovely beach

The shower didn't get warm we had to take cold showers . And the room didn't smell well. The hotel is not really beachfront, I mean, It's a mixture of river and sea and the water was kind of dirty.

The breakfast and food in general is great. People who work there are really helpful. The bed is comfortable. The view from the restaurant is nice.

Need the lights to be bit brighter, but please don’t use the fluorescent type of LEDs that everyone in Brazil uses! Shame the recent floods made the beach in front a bit unpleasant, but not hotel’s fault.

The new rooms were fantastic - comfortable, large and clean. Within walking distance of the main nightlife street.

For a 4 star hotel very sad that charge you for the water in the rooms I.travel all.around the world and that never happened

The hotel offered us to join a buffet dinner (paid @ R$ 70 per person) which totally disorganized once the food was not enough to attend the number of guests. The music was great, however we decided to leave and the hotel returned our payment, but unfortunately that jeopardize our night not allowing us to enjoy something else. We were very disappointed with that. They really need to improve in this aspect for future purposes.

Everything, however the key of this hotel was definitely the kindness and attention of the people who works there!

the room view was not exciting (I was facing some street bars). More over, the pool area was bit busy.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was a plus! Breakfast had plenty of options, from healthy to comfort food.

The location is great, the hotel is top functional. We missed a Spa and a gym. And a good TV with international Programms for bad weather. A top hotel should have that today.

The television did not work properly. Unfortunately we wanted to watch a football game of the EUROCOPA in SPORT TV but the TV did not work properly.

The new master suites are marvelous. Really great. With a nice view and spacious room.

- OVERPRICED, extremely bad wifi, restaurant prices are very high in comparison to 50m down the beach nor is the quality justifying such a price The greatly displayed pool is actually not as big as portrayed in pictures and should have been cleaner. The pool bar, again, is extremely pricey. On our first morning, there was a very noisy construction site right next to our accomodation inside the hotel (= they knew about it), that wasn't informed to us. At this price range I expect excellent service, which includes informing guests about such an important detail. However, they upgraded our room after our complaint. Still, this made our morning unpleasant. In regards to the big hotel area and high prices, I would have enjoyed some more options inside the hotel, like a sauna/ sports square.

Strong moldy smell in the bedroom. Had rained and the street was super flooded with a lot of mud in front of the hotel.

it’s the most expensive hotel in the area, after 3 days claiming to solve showers’ temperature it was partially solved. the internet signal was impossible to use it and couldn’t be solved.. the location that was part of the decision of choosing it was not as good as expected as that beach was not the good ones.

The old cabins and flat have seen better days, ventilation was poor and the room smelled funky (due to humidity) turning on the AC improved a lot, but the lack of ventilation is evident. We got some rainy days and the small TV didn’t help us to entertain ourselves and would be an easy upgrade to the room. My expectations were a little bit higher but nothing that wasn’t manageable.

Great amenities inside the hotel complex with a nice pool, bar, staff, good restaurant and excellent breakfast, the space is big and well maintained and walking distance from the city center.
