The room was a bit dark since it was facing the inside of the building. Since the hotel is super central, we could sometimes hear the noise from cars with loud music passing by in the street.

The hotel members were always friendly and ready to help. The room was good and in line with the expectations Breakfast was fantastic, with tapiocas made on the fly. Definitely worth enjoying a bit the pool at the end of the day.

It really exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was superb, always with different options and very very delicious. Staff was really nice. The pool is very clean and has warm water, perfect to chill after a tiring beach day.

As a suggestion, TVs could be smart TVs in the standard rooms but not a big deal.

The staff is super friendly and very efficient. They gave us lots of advices of places to go, where to buy souvenirs, etc. Location is right in front of the beach and close to commerce. Breakfast was wonderful.

Lots of rules for the common areas, like no "indecent clothing" (i.e. bikinis, beach clothes, etc) in the dining area. I understand not allowing wet clothing, but this felt like a bit overkill.

The only issue I would mention would be the sunlight in the breakfast area. I believe they should have some sort of protection covering part of the area as it’s already small and gets even smaller with the hot Sun shining there.

The room was a bit small.

I really like the place. The room had a very nice and modern decoration. The place is right in front of the beach and near the restaurants. The front desk staff was super nice. The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was also very nice. I'd really recommend this place.

The swimming pool is fully visible from the street, so it lacks privacy. The toilet was really small and if you’re tall, you’ll struggle to move around it. Also, the toilet had leakage in one of its walls, which can be unhealthy.

It’s located right in the main spot of Maragogi, so there are many options to eat nearby, as well as shops.

It was extremely overpriced for what you got, first of all it was presented as a 4 star hotel, when it isn't, it's an inn, so upon arrival they didn't have access to basic things like an iron that you could have in your room, a kettle for making hotel water for tea in the morning's in your room, no room service or ability to order food to the room and not even a bottle of water on arrival, any food or drink even basics you had to pay for from their shop. This is outrageous for such a highly rated accommodation on booking, so it was extremely overpriced and I had to walk around in unironed clothes all week. However, the staff were super helpful even though I didn't speak much Portuguese and upgraded me to a better room to make up for this, the staff especially Kel were amazing! I was looking for the property next to the best and cleanest beach but the one right outside the hotel was dirty and full of boats so I had to keep getting taxis to a cleaner beach 5 km away. The chillout area out front was lovely but right next to the road so it was way too noisy, loud and full of pollution (if you spend time there you'd be constantly breathing in the fumes from the cars and motorbikes).

The staff were the best!! They made up for all the things the property didn't have. Their service was amazing, and they were so friendly and helpful, absolutely amazing people, especially Kel! Thank you for their warmth and hospitality and ability to put up with my lack of knowledge of the Portuguese language. The decor was beautiful, the blues and such, it was great to have a fridge and freezer in the room too. The chillout area out front was somewhat relaxing too. And the belgian chocolate ice cream in their little store.
