We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyReally!! bad WiFi connection and they only changed our one towel per person (pool and shower) after I asked twice. It was not allowed to take the towel to the beach.

BrazilThe internet is not good and it can be risky if you plan to work or do something important depending on it. Even the television doesn’t work sometimes and freeze as it’s connected to internet. The staff who is change of taking the orders at the Restaurant need more training as they are a bit confused and slow .
The building structure is new, room service is really good (great cleaning on daily basis), the kitchen is really good and yards and common areas are kept very clean and organized.

United KingdomI had an issue when I arrive with noise but it was dealt with the next day . One thing I realised is that there is no fire alarm or smoke detectors throughout the pousada.
It s located close enough to the beach within 6 min walk but also away from the noise of the town.

I know Morro de Sao Paulo quite well but I hadn't been back in over 10 years. I wanted a place close to the beach but not so near that I could hear the parties! So the hotel Patua do Morro provided me the perfect location. A short walk to all the amenities of Morro but far enough for some peace and quiet. The breakfast was fabulous - so many choices. The hotel is very clean and the pool bar staff made amazing cocktails!

Brazil- The newest section has some rooms with poor sound insulation, the owners are aware and have plans to rectify it. - The breakfast room is super spacious and bright, being almost completely made of glass - but it can be a little noisy when full of people, with voices echoing around the room.
- Staff were super friendly and helpful, the owners were also on site and tried to provide everything we needed at all times. - Location is best of both worlds - a bit away from any parties and noise right at the beach, but just 1 block away from all the action, restaurants and shops, in a little green oasis. - Pool and pool bar were excellent - clean, good size, nicely presented drinks, and fun to hang out for a day or just for a quick dip after the beach. - Breakfast was super, lots of options and they varied it slightly several times per week - the on-demand tapiocas were delicious, and they even helped out with some vegetarian and vegan options during breakfast. - The hotel has great infrastructure which will soon be expanded even more, with a games room and a TV lounge. They also have included many sustainable features, including wood construction, solar hot water and soon their own composting facility.

BrazilToo much noise in the halls and furniture moving that van be heard from the inside of apartment. Pools and breakfast areas were very crowded. Unfortunately we also had a cockroach inside the room during the night.
