In general the friendliness. But not to cause to the staff. Felt for me it was by order. Example: during checkout we must wait bc the room was checked. This is a clear assumption of mistrust and I never experienced (and I travelled a lot). I missed also some empathy. example: we are with kid. In the other excellent hotel in Pipa they asked us to support. Here they said nothing. And there are a couple of things more. I mean it’s not a cheap place. Also the breakfast room is not very spacious and the rooms are also super near to each other. Our neighbors smoked so we had smoke smell in our room while our kid was sleeping And the beach is not very blue like on the pictures of maragogi.

it’s quite difficult to evaluate. I will compare it with a travel to Pipa a couple of days ago. same price, really excellent. In general nice location, esp. with kids. The pool is nice, the rooms spacious and very clean and modern. The breakfast was good. It’s at the beach. I also liked the playground.

The room was very simple and I had asked for a decoration for the honeymoon and they didn't do. So I was very disappointed. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

The bathroom of our room had a weird smell. The property encountered several electricity blackouts on one of the evenings, which affected using the wifi and also the payment system during checkout was down, which caused confusion and delays. The location of the pousada is outside of any main cities/villages, so would definitely recommend visiting with a car.

Each visitor had their stand-alone cottage with private access. The property has 2 restaurant/bars that offered breakfast, lunch and dinner option and drinks in the pool bar. The breakfast didn’t have too wide options but was decent. Other foods, snacks, drinks from the restaurant/bar were great. The pool is heated and very comfy to use during day and evening. Great place for families with kids who were enjoying the pool, small playground, beach. The pousada has direct access to the beach. They also offer boat trips (extra fee) for the natural pools which was very convenient. Safe parking for free.

the room was too small for four people (2 adults and 2 kids), and because it was raining a lot we had to spend more time than we would have liked inside the small room. it would be great if they can add a clothes drying rack, everyone had to take the chairs from the table inside, to the outside of the room to dry swimsuits and towels. the dining room was also not so nice, maybe better decoration or changing the format would make it a more cozy place to be in. especially because it rained so much while we were there, I would have liked better indoor spaces but I understand that with better weather this might not be an issue. finally, the food was not very good, the menu could be improved for quality and variety especially because one normally eats all of one’s meals at the hotel.

the staff was amazing, they treated us amazingly well and were helpful and caring. the swimming pool is very nice and playground for kids too. the beach is right across the swimming pool and it is beautiful.

-the dinner is NOT good. -the staff should be more receptive. -too many mosquitos/“muriçoca” -the music is loud and it starts early in the morning (just “pagode” all day)
